Why bring all your beach stuff from home? Just bring your swimsuit and beach towels! We provide the rest including backpack beach chairs, beach umbrellas, sand toys, boogie boards, and a beach buggy to roll all of your stuff to the beach. Coco's our beach side cabana will have everything you could want from food, drinks, tables, shade, restrooms, ice, sunscreen, etc. Don't feel like walking the five minutes on the boardwalk to our private beach? We have a shuttle that runs every hour on weekdays and constantly on weekends. For rainy days just hang out at the INDOOR HEATED POOL AND JOGGING TRACK which also has FREE WIRELESS INTERNET connection so bring your laptop.
This newly renovated spacious three bedroom, two bath villa has spectacular panoramic views of the Robert Trent Jones Golf Course, the saltwater marsh, two lagoons, and the beautiful Atlantic Ocean. There is a private balcony with bar table and four comfortable bar chairs and an incredible view of the "Trent Jones Ocean Course" including the famous #10 "ocean hole." This unit has 1200 square feet and has its own washer and dryer.
Need additional villas? In the same building we have a two bedroom, two bath villa (VRBO® #64565) on the first floor with a lagoon view and a peak of the ocean and a very private deck. On the fourth and top floor we have a two bedroom, two bath ocean view villa (VRBO® #53101).
In the adjacent building we have a three bedroom, two bath villa (VRBO® # 53088) and a two bedroom two bath villa (VRBO® #53026) both located on the first floor by the outdoor pool and just steps from the boardwalk to the beach. Great for family reunions or multi-family vacations!
The den is large with beautiful views and plenty of comfortable seating. Television is equipped with a DVD and VCR player with 64 cable channels and seven HBO movie channels. We provide movies, books and games. Large dining table seats six and bar in adjoining kitchen seats three.
The large kitchen is fully-equipped with dishes, pots and pans, crock pot, toaster, coffeemaker, blender, microwave, dishwasher, and all other kitchen necessities. Just bring the food! We have supplied everything else that you will need to create your favorite low-country meal. Large bar area makes this villa great for entertaining!
The master bedroom has a television, ceiling fan and a king-size bed for your comfort. There is also a private bath with tub and shower. The second bedroom has a queen size bed, ceiling fan and television with DVD & VCR with another full bath just down the hall. Kids will love this third bedroom with a twin bed and bunkbeds that sleep three - double bed on bottom and a twin bed on top making this bedroom sleep four kids comfortably. There is also a television and DVD player.
The Island Grill & Deli in building one is poolside and has an internet cafe and convenience store.
And last but not least our beautiful beach! There is a private boardwalk over a scenic saltwater marsh abundant with wildlife including herons and egrets. At the beach you will find the Coco's the resort’s private cabana with food, drinks, and restrooms. No roads to cross and just a five minute walk across the boardwalk or a short shuttle ride to one of the last private beaches on the island. Our beach is never crowded.
This centrally located resort is a 24 hour gated community convenient to golf, bike paths, shopping, movie theaters, restaurants, and, of course, the beautiful beach. The resort is adjacent to the Robert Trent Jones ocean course at Palmetto Dunes.
