This is a bright,casual, 1300 square foot, three bedroom, two bath, second floor duplex that is located just one building from the beach. It has a wonderful white water oceanview from the deck and the living/dining room windows.
Spacious and casual living areas with living, dining, and island kitchen areas combined. Three bedrooms including 2 queen size beds, 2 twin beds and 1 queen size futon. Three TVs with expanded cable & premium channels. Wi-Fi. Private deck off master bedroom. Master bedroom has private bathroom. Outdoor hot shower; washer and dryer, covered parking. This unit requires the ability to climb one flight of stairs.
For family reunions or large groups combine this with our downstairs, two bedroom, two bath, 900 square foot unit that sleeps six (VRBO #64561). Combined the two units will sleep 12 in beds and four more on a futon and a sofa bed for a total of 16.
This is a quiet, family oriented neighborhood.
Small, well behaved pets are welcome at the property with prior arrangements.

The Unique Benefits at this Duplex
We love the location of our property. It is only one house from the ocean side beach. We have toddlers, teenagers and lots of friends & family that visit in the off season. There is no need to carry the beach equipment long distances. Also we love the peaceful view of the ocean and white water surf from the balconey and the dining room table.

We live in San Diego and love spending time at the beach in the off season. We are both CPA's with busy practices and enjoy the down time at the beach property. We enjoy playing golf, biking around the bay, walking on the boardwalk, having breakfast at Kono's and spending time with family & friends at the beach.
