This villa is great for families with three or four kids. I've added a bunk bed to the second bedroom so this villa will sleep six in beds without using the sofa bed.
WHY BRING ALL YOUR BEACH STUFF FROM HOME? Just bring your swimsuit and beach towels! We provide the rest including backpack beach chairs, beach umbrellas, sand toys, boogie boards, and a beach buggy to roll all of your stuff to the beach. Coco's our beach side cabana will have everything you could want from food, drinks, tables, shade, restrooms, ice, sunscreen, etc. Don't feel like walking the five minutes on the boardwalk to our private beach? We have a free shuttle. For rainy days just hang out at the INDOOR HEATED POOL WITH JOGGING TRACK and EXERCISE ROOM. We also have FREE WIRELESS INTERNET connection around the indoor pool so bring your laptop.
This two bedroom, two bath villa is conveniently located on the first floor. From your private balcony you will have picturesque views of the saltwater marsh, lagoon, and a peak of the Atlantic Ocean. Deck has a table and chairs and a rocker to enjoy the view. A very quiet and peacful villa.

In the same building, we have a three bedroom, two bath villa on the third floor (VRBO® #64555) and a two bedroom, two bath, ocean view villa on the fourth and top floor (VRBO® # 53101). We have two more villas in the very next building. VRBO® #53026 is a two bedroom, two bath villa and VRBO® #53088 is a three bedroom, two bath villa. Both are located on the first floor by the outdoor pool and just steps from the boardwalk to the beach. Great for family reunions or multi-family vacations.
The den has a queen-size sleeper sofa making this villa sleep eight comfortably. Television is equipped with a DVD and VCR player with 64 cable channels and seven HBO movie channels. We provide movies, books and games. Beautiful marsh, and lagoon views from the master bedroom, dining room, kitchen, and den!
The kitchen is fully-equipped with dishes, pots, pans, toaster, coffeemaker, blender, microwave, dishwasher, and all other kitchen necessities. Just bring the food! We have supplied everything else that you will need to create your favorite low-country meal!
The master bedroom has a ceiling fan, television, and a queen-size bed for your comfort. There is also a private bath with tub and shower. The second bedroom has a bunk bed with double on the bottom and twin on the top. There is also another twin bed making this room sleep 4 comfortably. There is a television with DVD & VCR. There is another full bath just outside the door.
The Island Grill and Deli is located poolside in building one and has an internet cafe, convenience store and bike rental. There is free WiFi in building three around the indoor pool.
And last but not least our beautiful beach! There is a private boardwalk over a scenic saltwater marsh abundant with wildlife including herons and egrets. At the beach you will find Coco's the resort’s private cabana with food, drinks and restrooms. No roads to cross and just a five minute walk across the boardwalk or a short shuttle ride to one of the last private beaches on the island. Our beach is never crowded.
This centrally located resort is a 24 hour gated community convenient to golf, bike paths, shopping, movie theaters, restaurants, and, of course, the beautiful beach. The resort is adjacent to the Robert Trent Jones Ocean Course at Palmetto Dunes.
There are picnic tables and grills, private sun deck, onsite convenience store and deli, two outdoor pools, one indoor heated pool with kiddie pool, indoor hot tub and sauna, indoor jogging track, six lighted tennis courts, beach volleyball, coin operated laundry facilities on every other floor, elevators and free parking. Why the Owner Chose Hilton Head Resort
We bought three villas in Hilton Head in 2004 with hopes of retiring there someday. Since then we have bought two more villas and spend as much time there as we can. We bought in Hilton Head because there is no place that we would rather be.
The Unique Benefits at this Villa
There are so many things that we love about our resort. First is our private beach. Our boardwalk whether you walk or ride our free beach shuttle is the only way to get to our beach. It is so private and not at all crowded. We also have a beach bar and grill called Coco's that just adds to the experience. We also love our indoor pool, workout facility and indoor track. For the occasional rainy day, it is a great place to go!
