Going to the beach in May? I'm running a SPECIAL $500/week or $75/night for MAY dates still available. This includes cleaning and linens. Please add an 11% SC accommodations tax. Under four nights please add a $75 cleaning fee. Savings will pay for your gas!

WHY BRING ALL YOUR BEACH STUFF FROM HOME? Just bring your swimsuit and beach towels! We provide the rest including backpack beach chairs, beach umbrellas, sand toys, boogie boards, and a beach buggy to roll all of your stuff to the beach. Coco's our beach side cabana will have everything you could want from food, drinks, tables, shade, restrooms, ice, sunscreen, etc. Don't feel like walking the five minutes on the boardwalk to our private beach? We have a shuttle that runs every hour on weekdays and constantly on weekends. For rainy days just hang out at the INDOOR HEATED POOL WITH JOGGING TRACK which also has FREE WIRELESS INTERNET connection so bring your laptop.
This two bedroom, two bath villa is conviently located on the first floor. From your private balcony you will have picturesque views of the saltwater marsh, lagoon, and a peak of the Atlantic Ocean. Deck has a table and chairs and a rocker to enjoy the view. A very quiet and peacful villa.

In the same building, we have a three bedroom, two bath villa on the third floor (VRBO® #64555) and a two bedroom, two bath, oceanview villa on the fourth and top floor (VRBO® # 53101). We have two more villas in the very next building. VRBO® #53026 is a two bedroom, two bath villa and VRBO® #53088 is a three bedroom, two bath villa. Both are located on the first floor by the outdoor pool and just steps from the boardwalk to the beach. Great for family reunions or multi-family vacations.
The den has a queen-size sleeper sofa making this villa sleep six comfortably. Television is equipped with a DVD and VCR player with 64 cable channels and seven HBO movie channels. We provide movies, books and games. Beautiful marsh, and lagoon views from the master bedroom, dining room, kitchen, and den!
The kitchen is fully-equipped with dishes, pots, pans, toaster, coffeemaker, blender, microwave, dishwasher, and all other kitchen necessities. Just bring the food! We have supplied everything else that you will need to create your favorite low-country meal!
The master bedroom has a ceiling fan, television, and a queen-size bed for your comfort. There is also a private bath with tub and shower. The second bedroom also has two twin beds, television with DVD & VCR and a ceilling fan. There is another full bath just outside the door.
The Island Grill and Deli is located poolside in bulding one and has an internet cafe and convenience store.
And last but not least our beautiful beach! There is a private boardwalk over a scenic saltwater marsh abundant with wildlife including herons and egrets. At the beach you will find Coco's the resort’s private cabana with food, drinks and restrooms. No roads to cross and just a five minute walk across the boardwalk or a short shuttle ride to one of the last private beaches on the island. Our beach is never crowded.
This centrally located resort is a 24 hour gated community convenient to golf, bike paths, shopping, movie theaters, restaurants, and, of course, the beautiful beach. The resort is adjacent to the Robert Trent Jones Ocean Course at Palmetto Dunes.
