This villa is great for families with three or four kids. I've added a bunk bed to the second bedroom so this villa will sleep six in beds without using the sofa bed.

We provide the rest including backpack beach chairs, beach umbrellas, sand toys, boogie boards, and a beach buggy to roll all of your stuff to the beach. Coco's our beach side cabana will have everything you could want from food, drinks, tables, shade, restrooms, ice, sunscreen, etc. Don't feel like walking the five minutes on the boardwalk to our private beach? We have a free shuttle. For rainy days just hang out at the INDOOR HEATED POOL WITH JOGGING TRACK and EXERCISE ROOM. We also have FREE WIRELESS INTERNET connection around the indoor pool.
This two bedroom, two bath villa is conveniently located on the first floor. From your private balcony you will have picturesque views of the saltwater marsh, lagoon, and a peek of the Atlantic Ocean. Deck has a table and chairs and a rocker to enjoy the view. A very quiet and peaceful villa.

The den has a queen-size sleeper sofa making this villa sleep eight comfortably. Television is equipped with a DVD and VCR player with 64 cable channels. We provide movies, books and games. Beautiful marsh, and lagoon views from the master bedroom, dining room, kitchen, and den!
The kitchen is fully-equipped with dishes, pots, pans,crock pot, toaster, coffeemaker, blender, spice rack, microwave, dishwasher, and all other kitchen necessities. Just bring the food! We have supplied everything else that you will need to create your favorite low-country meal!
The master bedroom has a ceiling fan, television, and a queen-size bed for your comfort. There is also a private bath with tub and shower. The second bedroom has a bunk bed with double on the bottom and twin on the top. There is also another twin bed making this room sleep 4 comfortably. There is a television with DVD & VCR. There is another full bath with walk in shower just outside the door.
The Island Grill and Deli is located poolside in building one and has a convenience store and bike rental. There is free WiFi around the outdoor pool and also in building three around the indoor pool.
And last but not least our beautiful beach! There is a private boardwalk over a scenic saltwater marsh abundant with wildlife including herons and egrets. At the beach you will find Coco's the resort’s private cabana with food, drinks and restrooms. No roads to cross and just a five-eight minute walk across the boardwalk or a short shuttle ride to one of the last private beaches on the island. Our private beach is one of the least crowded on the island.
This centrally located resort is a 24 hour gated community convenient to golf, bike paths, shopping, movie theaters, restaurants, and, of course, the beautiful beach. The resort is adjacent to the Robert Trent Jones Ocean Course at Palmetto Dunes.

Why the Owner Chose Hilton Head Resort
We bought three villas in Hilton Head in 2004 with hopes of retiring there someday. Since then we have bought two more villas and spend as much time there as we can. We bought in Hilton Head because there is no place that we would rather be.
The Unique Benefits at this Villa
There are so many things that we love about our resort. First is our private beach. Our boardwalk whether you walk or ride our free beach shuttle is the only way to get to our beach. It is so private and not at all crowded. We also have a beach bar and grill called Coco's that just adds to the experience. We also love our indoor pool, workout facility and indoor track. For the occasional rainy day, it is a great place to go!

I already have sent a Thank You note to Jennifer about our wonderful stay but wanted to mention myself about our out of the world vacation in Hilton Head in this particular condo. While we adults enjoyed beautiful view from the balcony, comfortable beds, BBQ, wonderful Kitchen and off course the quiteness, the closeness to the private beach, the beach side cabana; our children had fun indoor with all possible board games, dvds, TV in each room, as well as outdoor with all the beach chairs/umbrella, beach toys, indoor and outdoor pools! We all were so excited finding aligator, turtles, rabits, birds, crabs, jelly fishes etc. Cannot Thank Jennifer enough for accomodating our each and every request, she is absolutely GREAT!! Also, Wi-Fi in condo is super fast if you bring your work to your vacation like us.
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, romantic getaway, sightseeing, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children.

Hi Jennifer We just came back from your condo, thank you so much for sharing that with us, we absolutely loved it. Children had a blast with all those games, beach toys, pools (sea is a bit chilly even now) and not to mention the golf cart ride to the beach. They were delighted to find real alligator from the balcony, found so many turtles, a rabitt, so many crabs, jelly fishes, birds! My son(7 year old) wrote a special thank note on your book in condo! Thank you very much for accommodating all our requests. The wi-fi is super fast and we all worked remotely without any issue at all on Monday. I could not have expected anything better. We even had fun with BBQ food outside where children were playing next to us. Your condo had everything possible! We will definitely come back again and will reccomend it to friends whoever is visiting Hilton Head. Thank you very much! Regards, Mou
