This is a premier, gated, adult community sometimes better known as "DISNEY WORLD FOR ADULTS" or "A LITTLE SLICE OF PARADISE" or "FLORIDA’S FRIENDLIEST HOMETOWN." The Villages is best known for it's onsite free nightly entertainment and dancing in The Villages Town Square and Katie Belle's Night Club, seven nights a week. Beautiful, fully furnished, Ranch Home with Florida Room, features two bedrooms and two baths. This Ranch Home as 1200 square feet of living space, screened bird cage, and a one and a half car garage. The ranch home is situated in the Village of Springdale. Its location is within three minute walk to the Springdale Pool and only a five minute golf car drive to the Nancy Lopez Championship 27 hole golf course, country club, tennis courts, and upscale restaurant.

Sit back on the lanai and enjoy your morning coffee and breakfast. Play 9 or 18 holes of golf and have lunch at the clubhouse pool bar and grill. Relax in one of the 15 pools and then head down to the town square for live music, dancing, and happy hour every night. Dine in one of the seven country club restaurants (fine dining or casual) or one of the great restaurants on Town Square. After dinner take in a movie or head over to Katie Belle's Night Club for some late night live entertainment and dancing.

Seasonal rates very due to the weather temperatures in Florida, but do not let weather be a factor in visiting THE VILLAGES. All amenities, recreation, and over 500 other activities are the same all year around.

  • I've stayed many times inside "The Villages" and to be honest,. there's no better place in the world. My father in law is the director of security there, and we stay with them when we visit, but, I would love to buy a home there as soon as possible. I would rent anywhere inside, because ALL the homes are beautiful. There's so much to do, and so much to take in. A month isn't near enough time. Highly recomended for ANYBODY who needs to get away from the ratrace we call "life" I can't wait to LIVE inside the Villages. Thank You!!
