A recently restored, beautifully upgraded, and newly furnished, three-bedroom, two-bath house that is made for entertaining. Inside the cathedral vaulted living room there is elegant furniture, skylights, an entertainment center, and a warm, glowing fireplace. The open floor plan allows for great "traffic flow" between rooms, and large glass sliders bring the outdoors in.

The living room includes a large screen TV, cable (HBO), home theater system, and wet bar. All new furnishings adorn this beautifully decorated home, and provides for every detail of your comfort, including luxurious linens, granite counters in the fully-equipped gourmet kitchen with island and bar stools, and ample Tropitone furnishings on the large covered lanai. In addition, the dining room is outfitted with a generously-sized parsons type table and chairs, and is equally suitable for a small gathering or a large holiday banquet.

This naturally lit and airy home has a classical yet comfortable style in keeping with today's modern needs. One of its best features is the spacious brick-covered courtyard is surrounded by an aesthetically pleasing tall privacy wall and is decorated with beautifully planted desertscape gardens with tropical plants and large boulders. Solar panels heat the pool year round.

There are several outdoor dining tables and two separate barbecue and dining areas by which to entertain. The house features a southern exposure enabling a full 360 degree view throughout the day, as well as spectacular views of the San Jacinto Mountains as well as evening lights of Palm Springs.
