This newly remodeled home has a lot of room and is great for several families. The large Great Room has an open kitchen with new corian countertops and seating for 19. The den area has 2 couches and large easy chairs. All of this opens to a spacious screened porch with rocking chairs and a picnic table.
The upstairs also has 4 bedrooms; each with its own private bath. Two of the bedrooms open to the deck which faces the ocean. The downstairs has another den with a sleeper sofa and an additional TV and VCR. There are also 2 more bedrooms and a full bath downstairs.
Extra features of this house include 2 refrigerators, a built in ice maker, and a second dryer (a must for large groups.) Bicycles are also included.
Fripp Island offers something for everyone! It has two 18 hole golf courses, a 10 court Racquet Club, numerous pools, shops, restaurants, a full service marina, fishing and crabbing, bike and nature trails, Camp Fripp and Wee links for the kids, and unlimited unspoiled nature.
4 Amenity Cards are included with a weekly rental and up to 8 additional cards can be purchased.

What a great experience! The house was clean, neat and comfortable. Right on the beach, the outdoor shower was a god send! The additional ice maker was so convenient as was the additional refrigerator-freezer and clothes dryer. The owners thought of everything a large group or family might need.
Recommended for:Girls getaway, families with teenagers, age 55+, families with young children.
