Extra floor mattress for small children. Linens/towels furnished. The large eat-in kitchen is fully furnished with everything you will need from boiling lobsters to fixing that refreshing drink.

The living room includes a formal dining area, fireplace, and wet bar. Extensive video collection and board games for a rainy day. Fishing charters are available at the on-site marina. Biking, parks w/playgrounds, and excursions are available.

  • Sept 19-Sept 24 This was our first time to Fripp Island and we had a great time. The boys (ages 13 and 14) had a better time at Fripp than Disney. It was a fun filled day waking up to the sunrise over the ocean from the bedrooms and the dolphins right off the deck. Then it was off to the beautiful beach to catch shrimp for dinner. We fished and fed the deer right out of our hands. The condo was beautiful and so comfortable. It was more than enough room and had everything for us to cook and be comfortable. I dont think I could ever vacation in a hotel again after being in your condo. The condo had everything we needed including a great collection of board games to unwind with at night. We are planning our trip for next year already. Thank you again-Tammy, Donald and Daniel

  • What a wonderful time my family and I had at your beautiful vacation home. The kitchen offered all I needed to prepare our meals. The Beach Club restaurant was so convenient and the food delicious. The children loved the deer and the pool as much as the ocean. I know we are going to want to visit Fripp Island again.
