  We had a wonderful stay at a very nice property right on the inlet and ocean. In front of the townhouse is a rock jetty and the sand beach is a ways off but the views are just gorgeous. The townhouse is the best furnished and kitchen outfitted that we have ever rented. Underground parking with storage closet full of amenities and the 6 passenger golf cart were very nice and fun to get around the island. Golf cart particularly works well for hauling chairs and cooler to the beach access points. I highly recommend this unit and the Fripp Island area as a relaxing and beautiful destination.

  This condo was by far the best place we have stayed on Fripp! The views were awesome and getting to see the dolphins off the balcony was the best part of our day. The Pucketts are great and provided everything we could want or need! Knowing that we didn't have to worry about the "little" things made our vacation so much more enjoyable! The kids (ages 20, 17, and 2) couldn't believe all the things that they had already at the condo!! (Toys, boogie boards, fishing poles) They were constantly out and about!   We had heard so many wonderful things about Fripp Island and we able to experience them for ourselves. Our townhouse at New Haven was wonderful. It was so comfortable and had more amenities than you could imagine. Our owners were great and so helpful with local information. Our family had a wonderful time on the Island and being a Charleston girl this takes a lot for me to say....I have found my new favorite Atlantic Ocean vacation spot and we will be returning...hopefully we can be guests of our owners again....Thank you so much

  We just arrived back home in Michigan after a wonderfully relaxing stay in this gorgeous villa on our 2nd trip to Fripp, our first in this unit. We must say our hopes were met and exceeded, due to the kindness of the owners, Katie and Barry, and to their attention to the details of making one's stay at their second to none. The best feature of their place is the balcony, which made us feel as if we were on a cruise ship without the worries of being at sea. The sunrises, the daily visits from dolphins just mere feet away, the flying flocks of pelicans soaring right overhead, the privacy, the views of the ever-changing tides, all make this gorgeous condo the most special place we have ever visited. Even the bed in the dreamy king size bed in the main master bedroom with the perfect ocean view was perfect. Besides loving just tooling around the island of Fripp (might I add catching a 25" redfish while on a charter from the Fripp marina?), we also enjoyed the Beaufort restaurants and shops, driving through nearby Hunting Island State Park, reasonable drive trips to Hilton Head outlets, and even dinner in Charleston. When I get to retire from teaching and join my retired husband, we hope to rent for a month! If heaven is on earth, it is here! On second thought, maybe I should be filling this review with all kinds of falsehoods so nobody reserves the future dates we want to claim, but that wouldn't be my style nor fair to Katie and Barry! Nuts!! ;)

  My family loved your condo, and Fripp Island. I stayed in the King bedroom upstairs and loved watching the dolphins and the sunrise every morning from my bed. My parents loved the master bedroom, and my son loved having the 2 double beds all to himself. Everyone had their own bathroom, plus the extra half bath. We saw pelicans, sea gulls, deer, a 9 foot alligator(!), hermit crabs, sea snails, sand dollars, star fish. It was amazing! We visited Savannah one day and did the tours. It was beautiful. We stopped by Hilton Head Island on our way back, and we were all so glad we didn't stay there. We were all ready to get back to the quiet of Fripp. Everyone was friendly, and it was so nice and quiet. We felt like we had the beach all to ourselves most of the time. So glad we rented your golf cart to explore the island in. And we also took the bikes for a spin - I loved riding a bike on the beach. I have a favorite Florida condo, and now I have a favorite East Coast condo. Can't wait to visit again!

  Thank you SO SO much for an incredible stay at Fripp Island! Besides the deer, dolphins, gorgeousness of the beach, and just how wonderful Fripp is--your condo made our stay even better! The kitchen was full of everything we needed to cook and make ourselves at home. The master bedroom (and the king bedroom upstairs too!) was absolutely breathtaking with the huge window overlooking the water! Thank you for such a clean, spacious and inviting experience! This was our first time to Fripp Island and we hope to come back again! Being parents of 3 little ones, it is never quiet at our house--Fripp was absolutely the relaxation and rejuvenation we needed! Thank you!!!

  Barry & Katie, thank so for sharing your spacious and tastefully decorated townhouse with our family. It so much more than we had expected with so many personal amenities from the spices in the kitchen to all linens even your cookbook collection chocked full of local recipes. It was one of the most pleasant rental experiences that our family has ever had. Your housekeeper is to be commended; from the moment we opened the door an air of cleanliness greeted us. The weather did not cooperate but we still enjoyed discovering the island. The golf cart was a life saver, as the deer provided entertainment from one end of the island to the other. The weather didn't even hamper the site of dolphins swimming by each day. You were such wonderful folks to help to make our visit memorable. This was our first trip to Fripp; hopefully not our last and the sooner the better. ~Debbie Shults

  We loved our stay here! Very spacious, clean condo with amazing ocean views from bedroom windows and deck area. The resort grounds were easy to navigate and the beaches were easy to access by taking the golf cart to a few close options. There are deer at every turn and plenty of gators on the golf course! I also loved how it was so easy to take day trips to Beaufort and Savannah. Other than that there is no reason to leave this beautiful little island.
