Fish Creek has many delightful shops and restaurants - all within walking distance. The Historic Noble House (open for tours in season) is just a block away - Sunset Park, just another two blocks.

Why the Owner Chose Fish Creek
We decided to buy the Beach House because we have always felt that Fish Creek is the most beautiful village on the peninsula - and the Beach House has the most beautiful view in the village.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
The proximity to water is always the first favorite on everyone's list - and a close second is being able to walk to everything in the village. Fish Creek has some of the most unique shops that can be found anywhere. Several of Door County's best restaurants are within walking distance - the famous White Gull Inn should not be missed ...and we can tell you about many more...there's lots of entertainment, live theater, music, outdoor venues...and Fish Creek seems to be the center of it all.

We grew up in the Chicago area but found our way to this wonderful area and decided we simply had to live (and work) here. For the past 25 years we have owned and operated the Thorp House Inn & Cottages in beautiful Fish Creek. It was in 1993 that we purchases the Beach House to give our guests another type of type of accommodation from which to choose. We love living in Door County and very recently decided to scale down our work load just a bit by selling the Inn & Cottages (to a delightful new owner!).
This gives us the ability to focus on just The Beach House - and to make it an even better "home away from home" for our guests.
We love to travel but will always live in Door County - and look forward to sharing our Beach House with returning guests as well as new friends!

We love The Beach House. It's a great location, in the center of Fish Creek and close to restaurants, shops, Peninsula Park -- and right across from a lovely beach. The apartments are well appointed, nicely decorated, comfortable and clean. The owners go all out to make sure your stay is perfect. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend The Beach House to anyone.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, sightseeing, tourists without a car, age 55+, girls getaway.

We had the best time in Fish Creek and having the perfect location is everything! The description and pictures are accurate,and the apartment was clean and well kept. I would recommend this property in fact we plan to go back next summer. Again the location is where the action is, yet it is very quiet at night. I loved it!!!

We have stayed at the Beach House annually for the last 7 years. The accommodations have always been extremely clean and comfortable. You can't beat the location, downtown Fish Creek, across from the beach. Being able to walk to shops, restaurants and bike/running trails is wonderful. Our condo has always been ready and any extra needs we have had have always been met. Having a washer/dryer when traveling with a family for a week is very convenient. We always stay in the summer but have also rented in the fall and winter. We really enjoy the fireplace and cozy atmosphere. Can't wait to get back next year!
