Be our guest in this lovely three bedroom, three bath oceanfront Wild Dunes Condo, located in the desirable Seagrove Villas, right next to the Grand Pavilion. Seagrove Villas has recently (summer of 2009) had a complete facelift (new windows and doors, porches, etc!)making it an even nicer place to vacation! Each morning, open your eyes to the views of crashing surf from the master bedroom and enjoy your morning coffee from the fabulous porch, while watching dolphins dance among the waves.
Professionally decorated in soft aqua blues, greens and coral that work perfectly with the expansive seascapes, the condo has three bedrooms. The master bedroom and bath, with king size bed, is privately located on the second level of the unit and has a stunning view of the beach.
The other two bedrooms are located on the main living level. One guestroom has a king size bed and private bath. The other bedroom offers two twin beds and also has a private bath.
The kitchen boast granite countertops, natural stone backsplash, and stainless steel appliances, and of course, comes with everything you need to prepare either a gourmet dinner or a simple picnic for the beach. It also opens to the main living and dining area so that you never feel left out of the party – all while enjoying the dazzling view of the ocean.
The dining area offers seating for six, and comes with everything you need to set the perfect table. We have also added a small game table that is perfect for weeklong puzzles and games! When you want to relax, enjoy watching a movie on the large LCD TV, located above the fireplace. Of course, we have provided both cable and high speed Internet for our guest, so that no one feels “out of touch”.
The porch will be the place you will want to spend all of your “down-time”. With wicker chairs and tables perfect for coffee or cocktails, you will find it hard to go inside! The lapping waves will beckon you to walk the quiet beach just steps away. If you are tired of sand and surf, relax in the oceanfront pool, which is for the exclusive use of Seagrove Villa’s guests.
This condo comes with a Wild Dune Sportscard so that you will be able to enjoy all of the amenities that Wild Dunes has to offer. Remember, the Grand Pavilion, with all of its nighttime entertainment is just a short two-minute walk on the beach.

Perfect location right on the beach with a wonderful pool and boardwalk make this an ideal condo for families. Furnishings and wi fi make it feel like home. I would definitely stay here next time in Wild Dunes.

You cannot get any closer to the beach without being on a houseboat! This charming 3-bedroom condo was perfect for our family of four. It was very comfortable and convenient to all of the Wild Dunes amenities. Even the pool was oceanfront which was a great bonus. We will definitely return!

We had awesome weather!! the villa is in a perfect spot for an active family and the floor plan was ideal!!My kids and I loved the close proximity to the pool and the beach. Covered parking is right at the villa. Kitchen is well stocked and has a view of the ocean which I always enjoy!! Owner was attentive, villa was immaculate and it was as close to a perfect vacation as we could have wished for. We will definitely be back!

Five of us rented this condo for 5 nights. Arrived at 4:00 to find unit had not been cleaned. Error by cleaning service according to agent. Service did appear around 5:30 to clean but it was 7:00 before we could unload. Good news is owner refunded our cleaning fee which was fair and appropriate. Fabrics are faded and worn - definitely doesn't look newly decorated. This is a 3rd floor unit and there are 30 steps to the front door - no elevator. Balcony has a beautiful view of ocean. However, there are only 3 chairs provided on the balcony for a 3 BR unit which meant that all of us could not sit out at the same time. Floors in master suite on second floor squeak so loudly that the guest was concerned of waking her husband when she got out of bed. Floor plan very functional with master on second floor and remaining two bedrooms and baths on first floor. All in all, however, disappointed.
Recommended for:Age 55+.

Fantastic location. Couldn't be closer to the beach unless you pitched a tent. Just steps from the pool and a short stroll down the beach to the Pavilion. Bedrooms are spacious and the beds are fantastic. Kitchen and family rooms are a little cramped. Condo needs a little attention to detail. TV in the master still doesn't work well. Several of the remotes did not work. Overall a great place to stay. Responsiveness to a couple of little issues was fantastic. Couldn't have asked for better people to rent from.
Recommended for:Pet owners, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

There might be a better spot at Wild Dunes to stay but I don't know where that would be. We loved the proximity to the beach and Pavillion, and the condo was spacious and lovely. The porch was a perfect spot to watch the sun rise and set, and observe what was happening down by the beach. The second floor guest bedroom is peaceful and private. This is a great spot for teenagers who like to wander to the pavillion to play volleyball, eat ice cream and see friends.

We loved the condo. Just a few things that need to be attended to. New sliding glass doors to the deck are a must, it doesn't lock at all. TV in the upstairs bedroom doesn't work. Alarm clock also does not work in the upstairs bedroom. Bath towels are strange, not comfortable to use. The condo is beautiful, location perfect and the floor plan was perfect for us. Would rent it again any time.
