Gulf House is a great low density complex where you have privacy and you can't hear the neighbors. It's directly on the beach and less than a mile from Gulf Shores Parkway. This complex is near the State Dock Pier, so theres a nice stretch of beach to walk on that's not crowded. In the other direction you can take a short walk to Sea and Suds, Pink Pony or the Hang Out. You can have lunch and listen to live bands at any of these places if you don't feel like leaving the beach all day.
The condo is painted in bright beachy colors. The kitchen and bathroom have been completely renovated. The condo has new carpet in the bedrooms. We have travertine tile floors throughout the condo. The master bedroom has a comfortable kingsize bed with top notch linens. The second bedroom also has a comfortable kingsize bed with great linens. There are televisions in the living room and in both bedrooms. The vibe of this condo is laid back, very comfortable and fun.
When you walk out on the balcony, you can look down at the pool and past the pool is the beach and the ocean. If you are on the balcony between daylight and 7:30 am, on any given morning, you will see the dolphins in the ocean heading west. This is where the sun and fun is, let's go!

I have been a commercial paint contractor most of my life,im single,have 3 children &4 grands,love spending time w/them there. I love the sun and the water. I am a avid fisherman, fresh and salt water. You can call me a beachbum or a river rat, I have been all over the world fishing ,diving & ridin a harley.
Why the Owner Chose Gulf House
Gulf Shores has one of the prettiest beaches in the world. My family and I have been vactioning in Gulf shores for over 25 years. This condo is close to everything in Gulf Shores. The building is low density and it is very laid back and relaxed. I like this building so much, I have owned 4 different units here.
The Unique Benefits of this Condo
The beach is not crowed at this location. It's close to the State Pier and walking distance several beach restaurants and night spots. The fishing is great on the beach behind the condo or off the Pier.

My family just returned from our stay at Kirk's Condo and we loved it. The beach was nice and the condo was just as it was described. It was a very convenient location. It was very clean and nicely furnished. We enjoyed a day at the Avaition Museum in Pencacola that was just a short drive. We love the good eating places, our favorite was the Shrimp Basket which was very casual. We would recommend this condo to anyone for a great beach getaway. Kirk was a nice owner to deal with.

My daughter and I had a great time on the beach last week and I would highly recommend Kirk's condo to anyone. It’s a great place to stay when you want to slow down a bit and hang out on the beach. The air was nice and cool in the morning for a walk on the beach and warmed up perfect during the day for sitting in the sun and watching the waves. We didn’t get a chance to do any fishing but I heard from a guy by the fishing pier that everyone was catching their limit of Spanish mackerel. The condo is right on the beach and there are several resturaunts/bars within walking distance or the condo has a fully equiped kitchen and a grill near the pool. It is very nice inside and spacious enough for a family. It's also very convenient to what you need and there were very few people on the beach even though I went in mid march during spring break. Kirk, the owner was as easy to lease from as anyone that I have ever experienced and I would highly recommend Kirk's place to anyone. We were truly able to kick back and relax during our spring break vacation and for that I would like to say thank you to Kirk.

I brought my 8 month old and her lovely mother her for our first family vacation..It wasa wonderful place to stay for our family. The place is clean, nice, the A/C/ works great and has a nice beach view and great sound coming off the beach. Beds were huge and nice and it was a very inviting condo. The #1 thing about this condo is convenience. It is 3 min. from everything. You can walk to Sea and Suds to shopping, and to the State Pier..Also whe you get out of your car you take 10-15 steps to the elevator, 10 steps to your room. and going to the beach you leave your room take 10 steps to the elevator and 20 steps to the beach.. Nothing like these huge places where you wait on three elevators and takes ten minutes to trsverse the place just to get on the sand. Very user friendly quiet nice place.
