Our condo is awesome all our guests say so! We don't use an agency and have a local lady who cleans for us. She takes great care of the place. The bedrooms are spacious and comfortable. We like to stay there too so we keep it up. Gulf House is a great low density complex where you have privacy and you can't hear the neighbors. It's near the State Dock pier so theres a nice stretch of beach to walk that's not crowded. In the other direction you can take a short walk to Sea and Suds and have lunch if you don't feel like leaving the beach all day. It's directly on the beach.
We just replaced the tub/shower unit winter 2007 it's really nice. The master has a comfy kingsize bed with top notch linens. It's pretty laid back at the GulfHouse you can bring your motorcycle or boat trailer as long as you don't park it in the covered parking it's fine. Hey the beach is waiting!
