In Arcachon's town centre, the building faces the sea front. Arcachon's central beach is directly accessible through a garden's door. It is easy to park thanks to a parking for the building's residents (with an individual remote control) and the shops are located nearby. The SNCF train station is 10 minutes walking and the Leclerc supermarket is 5 minutes away.
A little of history: Sit in the sofa, look to the sea, the Eyrac and Thiers piers and imagine:

Many times we saw her stroll on the beach or in the Casino's park; her face hidden under her umbrella or behind a hand-held fan.

belle vue sur la mer, appartement très bien situé, bel immeuble. Intérieur fonctionnel, agréable. Seul bémol, la literie.Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

Nous avons trouvé cette location à la dernière minute, la veille pour le lendemain, et le propriétaire a fait en sorte que tout soit prêt pour notre arrivée. La période étant froide, le chauffage était là. L'appartement est très bien équipé, super bien situé près de la plage principale d'Arcachon. On peut ne pas prendre sa voiture de la semaine si on le souhaite. La vue de la cuisine et du salon sur le bassin est très apaisante. L'appartement est calme (en tout cas à la Toussaint). Nous étions avec nos 2 enfants de 9 et 5 ans, qui ont beaucoup apprécié ce séjour. Nous recommandons cette location à 100 .Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+.

Appartement très bien situé, à 50m de la plage, commerces à proximité. Propre et bien aménagé dans un immeuble bien entretenu. Parfait pour quatre personnes. Excellent accueil de l'agence qui gère la location. L'appartement est très bien situé. On peut descendre en maillot de bain et serviette directement vers la plage. Piéces très propres, appart bien entretenu. Il n'y a par contre pas de terrasse...dommage. Je n'ai eu aucun problème particulier. Bonne communication avec le loueur...c'est réglo.Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, people with disabilities, families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.
