This townhouse has 3 levels. The first floor has the living room, dining room, and kitchen. The second floor has two bedrooms each with full size beds and a shared full bathroom. The third floor is a large bedroom with cathedral ceilings. There are 4 single beds, a futon bed, and a full bathroom for plenty of kids. INCLUDED IN THIS RENTAL (6) Beach Tags, Outdoor Furniture, Gas Grill, Kitchen Supplies, Mattress Pads, Bedspreads, and Blankets. Plenty of off-street parking on site. New for the Summer of 2008 - Cleaning Service INCLUDED with your rental. For health and safety of all our tenants this rental property is SMOKE and PET FREE! Deposits and procedures: A $300 deposit is required in order to reserve your week. This then becomes your security deposit. After we receive this deposit we will prepare and mail you the lease agreement. Half the money is due in one month and the balance is due 30 days prior to occupancy. Your security deposit is the only way to reserve your desired week.
