Deposits and procedures: A $300 deposit is required in order to reserve your week. This then becomes your security deposit. After we receive this deposit we will prepare and mail you the lease agreement. Half the money is due in one month and the balance is due 30 days prior to occupancy. Your security deposit is the only way to reserve your desired week.

Very Clean and spacious house! Great Location! Awesome Owners! Will rent from them again! Tons of off-street parking too :-)
