Stay at our beautiful, 1400 square foot mountain home, nestled in the pristine pines of the Colorado Trail! Experience WHY you came to Colorado in the first place - get away from all the tourists and relax in peace. While you can just kick back and enjoy watching the birds or the snow fall amidst the trees off of your private deck, the Rocky Mountains beckon with skiing, snowshoeing, biking, hiking and more just outside your door.
Our backyard at Swan's Nest IS the beautiful Colorado Trail, which provides miles of hiking, mountain biking, snowshoeing, and cross-country skiing. This amazing location is SO close to the town of Breckenridge and Ski Area - just three miles down the road. Keystone Ski Resort is only a 15 minute drive, Vail is 30 minutes, and Copper Mountain is 15 minutes away.
This condo truly has the best of both worlds - the famous town of Breckenridge with wonderful shopping, activities, dining, and all other convienences, and back home with beautiful settings, peace and quiet.We think it's just the right balance for your vacation get-away. We are also only 6 miles from Frisco, another classic mountain town with shops, restaurants, hiking trails, Safeway grocery store, and more.
Our condominium (painted in beautiful Restoration Hardware colors) has three bedrooms - the master bedroom with down duvet, deck access and attached bath, bedroom #2 with one queen aspen log bed and toddler bed, and bedroom #3 is an enclosed loft with a queen bed and a pull-out daybed - perfect for the kids! We chose to furnish it nicely, so you won't see mom and dad's old hand-me-down rental furniture here like you will in most places.
There are two bathrooms - one is in the master, and the other is across the hall from bedroom #2. We have a full kitchen with everything you need to cook every meal, granite countertops, stainless appliances, and a Weber grill on our deck. The open floor plan allows the chef to oversee our living room. A comfy cozy space with a pull-out sofa, big double chair, "Love Sac"brand bean bag, 32" TV, DVD player, and stereo. This IS your home-away-from-home! Our one-car garage is HEATED so there is no need to bring in your boots and skis - just leave them and go in the morning. You will find many comforts of home at our condo, that you will not find in other rental units. Best of all, there are 2 extremely clean, nice, large HOT TUBS right outside within our condo complex. Gaze at the stars, and relax!!

We do prefer to rent to families and adults - no college or high school spring breakers, please. Our condominium is NON-SMOKING - even on the deck. Also, leave Rover and Fluffy at home - No Pets allowed. You are responsible for washing sheets and towels as well as general clean-up of the place - this is how we keep our prices low and have so MANY repeat renters. We bought our property in 2003, and have taken the utmost care of our mountain home! Breckenridge is a wonderful ski town with so much to do. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do! Why the Owner Chose Swans Nest
We love our condo in the mountains and it's location sold us! It is close to everything, yet quiet and peaceful. We are minutes to the gondola, City Market, town, and I70. It's only a 90 minute drive from our home in Denver, so we go up often ourselves.

This property is absolutely wonderful! We have a 4 year old and a 10-month-old, and it was perfect! There were kid movies, toys, a booster seat, a toddler bed, a nursing chair, a pack-and-play...everything you would need when traveling with small children. The property is amazingly clean as well. It is a beautiful, peaceful location with the mountains right outside the balcony. Would highly recommend. We rode the free gondola up to Peak 8, walked around downtown, and did a little hiking.
Recommended for:Age 55+, adventure seekers, sightseeing, girls getaway, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children.
