Completed in 2002 and on beautiful Carters Lake near Ellijay, this luxury lodge offers over 3000 square feet of comfort. It was built for rental groups and sleeps up to 16 people. The cabin is romantic and accommodates a small number of guests quite nicely as well. Bring your family reunion, church group retreat, or corporate outing here for one of the most relaxing, private, secluded get-a-ways in North Georgia.
The lodge is fully furnished and the kitchen fully-equipped for settings of 16 people. There is also an outdoor grill, lots of rocking chairs on the deck, and a eight-person hot tub, and a pool table for your enjoyment. A two car garage is attached to this secluded home in a private gated area called Lakeland Estates.
Carter's Cove has one of the best lots on Carter's Lake for lake access. Carter's Lake is a corp controlled lake and does not allow private docks, but Carter's Cove has a great trail down to the lake and we provide two canoes for your enjoyment.
Bring your boat or personal water craft or rent a pontoon boat from the marina for the summer months. An October highlight is the Ellijay Apple Festival and of course the beautiful leaves!
Carter's Cove Lodge is also close to hiking, the Ridgeway Mountain Bike Trails, rafting on the Ocoee River, and Amicalola Falls State Park.
