The Hayden Lake property is 25 minutes from Coeur d'Alene Resort that boasts not only the finest cuisine and shopping, but also a premier golf course that features the worlds largest floating golf green.
Around the cabin, shady pine trees abound and offer much in the way of hiking and peace. There is a grassy area, horseshoe pits, and a hottub for your enjoyment. This home is about 300 yards to the private dock, and water access for your enjoyment. The trail down to the private dock is a semi-rugged switchback trail. It is a beautiful hike down to the water, with great views of the lake and forest.
The interior of the home consists of three bedrooms and two baths, enough to sleep six comfortably.

Rate Details (In US Dollars)
$300 nightly with 3 night minimum. $1600 weekly.
Ironman rates $2500.00 per week, week minimum.
$500 deposit must be paid within 72 hours of booking.
$350 deposit is refundable if no damages, $150 is not refundable
due to cleaning, inspection, and garbage removal.
$500 deposit is not refundable if you choose to cancel, however rents are
refundable 30 days PRIOR to stay or 90 days PRIOR to special events or
holidays.
