This is a well tastefully decorated, second floor, easy access, two-bedroom, two-bath, Fairway model overlooking the ninth hole of the Sound Golf Course and the lake alive with egrets, ibis, herons, osprey, and the occasional bald eagle.
The master bedroom has a king-size bed, TV, walk-in closet, and private bathroom. The second bedroom has twin beds and a TV.
All bedroom and bathroom linens and towels are included in the condominium. The fully-equipped kitchen comes with all pots and pans, dishes, utensils, and glassware. A microwave, coffee maker, and toaster are also provided in addition to the the oven, range, and dishwasher.
Open the multiple sliding glass doors to the lanai and enjoy the breeze in the living room furnished with a love seat, sofa, entertainment center with TV, DVD, VCR, and CD stereo. There is a separate laundry area with washer and dryer for your convenience. There are five pools and hot tubs to choose from, the closest pool with gas grills and picnic area is just across the parking area.
Pelican Sound is just 20 minutes from Southwest Florida International Airport in Fort Myers, and 20 minutes from historic Naples, with its many fine restaurants and shopping. It is a five-minute drive to I-75 and the Miramar Outlet Mall and Germain arena where professional hockey, basketball, and numerous events are held. There are movie theaters and a number of fine restaurants very close by.
As a tenant leasing in Pelican Sound, a $200 transfer fee lets you enjoy all member privileges of the Pelican Sound Golf and River Club. Facilities include an aqua driving range, 18,000-square-foot clubhouse with casual and formal dining, a grill room and bar, a golf pro shop, and men's and ladies' locker rooms.
A Chelsea Preferred Tee-Time Reservation system and 27 holes of golf ensures the opportunity to play during the busy winter season.
The River Club has a casual restaurant with indoor and outdoor dining, a bar, fitness center, a very large swimming pool and hot tub, and a full-time activities director. Also provided are the use of kayaks and canoes to explore the Estero River.
