633 BAYOU DRIVE - Beautifully decorated Non-Smoking 2 bedroom, 3 bath townhouse with gorgeous view and spacious backyard. Our condo overlooks a scenic pond with a view of the golf course, Choctawhatchee Bay, the marina, and the Village at Baytowne Wharf. It's the perfect place to watch the weekly fireworks show!
We are conveniently located to all Sandestin has to offer...golf, tennis, pools, beach, and miles of walking/biking paths. It's just a short walk to catch the ferry or tram to the Village and Grand Blvd. to enjoy all the specialty shops, restaurants, and night spots.
We have convenient parking right in front of the condo. The first floor has a full bath and full laundry room, fully furnished kitchen, dining room, den, and screened porch. You will love the privacy and spaciousness of the two upstairs master suites, with walk-in showers, dressing areas, and king beds. One bedroom also has a wonderful sunporch (with day bed) that overlooks the bay.
In the den there is a TV, DVD, Bose Wave Radio/CD player, and lots of books. Both bedrooms also have TV's and the master has a DVD.. We have two adult bikes, beach chairs, umbrellas, rafts, and lots of jigsaw puzzles that you are welcome to use.
We absolutely love Sandestin and know you will, too!

Our family of 4 stayed at this property in 2005 and absolutely loved it! It was our first time in San Destin, and for us (two adult one pre-teen and one toddler) Bayou Village was ideal. Very easy bike, walk (or tram) ide to everything, walk to the pier and to the Ferry to Boardwalk Village. Being away from the beach is great as it's only a very short bike ride (there is an underpass for bikes/walkers so you don't have to worry about traffic)away and being on the little lake/bay is more secluded & beautiful. Very private and great set-up for the kids. Our toddler slept in the sunroom off our bedroom and loved seing the ducks, herons in the lake. The unit is very nicely done, immaculate with a fully outfitted kitchen (I cook on vacation), lots of pool toys, books, etc to use. Great set-up for any age children; older kids can ride bikes on the court, trails and to the kids activities. We will definitely be back to Sandestin, and to this unit!

My family and I stayed here the first week in July and we loved this condo. We loved how it was decorated,the location , how roomy it was and all the other amenities that went along with staying in the Bayou Village at SanDestin. Watching the Fireworks from the screen in porch by the pond was awesome. I would highly recommend this condo to all my family and friends.
