HURRICANE OR STORM POLICY: No refunds will be given unless: 1) The National Weather Service order mandatory evacuations in a “Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning area” and/or 2) A “mandatory evacuation order has been given for the Tropical Storm / Hurricane Warning” area of residence of a vacationing guest. THE DAY THAT THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE ORDERS A MANDATORY EVACUATION ORDER in a “Tropical Storm / Hurricane Warning,” area, we will refund: 1) Any unused portion of rent from a guest currently registered; 2) Any unused portion of rent from a guest that is scheduled to arrive, and wants to shorten their stay, to come in after the Hurricane Warning is lifted; and 3) Any advance rents collected or deposited for a reservation that is scheduled to arrive during the “Hurricane Warning” period.

This was so much more than the pictures illustrated!! BEAUTIFUL!!!! Me and my 2 daughters stayed from Monday - Saturday. we had a GRAND time! The property is perfect, perfect, perfect!!! 3 bathrooms for 3 women is a true blessing. Every one was so friendly and helpful. I talked to Talena a lot because I had questions she's the best! Everything is convienant. I hope to visit again someday. I highly recommend this to everyone I know! Thank you so much!!Recommended for: Sightseeing, girls getaway, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, families with teenagers.

Our family of 4 stayed at this property in 2005 and absolutely loved it! It was our first time in San Destin, and for us (two adult one pre-teen and one toddler) Bayou Village was ideal. Very easy bike, walk (or tram) ide to everything, walk to the pier and to the Ferry to Boardwalk Village. Being away from the beach is great as it's only a very short bike ride (there is an underpass for bikes/walkers so you don't have to worry about traffic)away and being on the little lake/bay is more secluded & beautiful. Very private and great set-up for the kids. Our toddler slept in the sunroom off our bedroom and loved seing the ducks, herons in the lake. The unit is very nicely done, immaculate with a fully outfitted kitchen (I cook on vacation), lots of pool toys, books, etc to use. Great set-up for any age children; older kids can ride bikes on the court, trails and to the kids activities. My family and I stayed here the first week in July and we loved this condo. We loved how it was decorated,the location , how roomy it was and all the other amenities that went along with staying in the Bayou Village at SanDestin.
