Fantastic Oceanfront Condo seventh floor unit looks out onto pristine beach. Best view in Ocean City. Room for up to seven people with king-size bed in the spacious master bedroom with the ocean view, your own TV and private bath. Second bedroom has room for three with double and single beds (perfect for the kids or just a romantic getaway for two).

Family room has a pullout couch with a queen-size bed: watch TV or a video in bed! The balcony is the perfect spot for eating while you enjoy view and the breezes from the ocean right before you. The Kitchen has recently been remodeled and has all the amenities of everyday life: microwave, coffee machine, sink disposal, griddle, toaster, and of course the stove/oven and refrigerator. Plenty of pots and pans for cooking and plates and utensils for eating.

You won't need to bring a thing except the food. The grocery store is practically across the street! You will have private parking and guarded entry to the building. Outlet shopping is close and Lighthouse Sound, rated TOP 100 public course in America, is currently accepting tee times.

Ocean City is a family resort and is packed with entertainment for all ages. Best beach for swimming in the Mid Atlantic. Surf fishing, boat rentals on the bay and ocean. Big game fishing, 13 Golf courses are within a short drive including the Pete Dye designed "Rum Pointe." The barrier island layout provides sailing, water-skiing, and all manner of water sports immediately adjacent to the white sand beach.

This is a great place for families young and old. The beach is right outside the building and the pool is even closer! The boardwalk is a short drive or bus ride away. After breakfast on the balcony, spend early mornings fishing from the beach. Then, set up your towel, chaise and umbrella for the day. The kids will have endless adventures between swimming, body surfing, building sand castles with new friends or throwing a frisbee.

You will actually see your place on the beach from the Condo balcony when you come upstairs to grab your lunch and freshen up. Spend the early evening on the beach while the kids fly kites. Enjoy the warmth of the late afternoon sun as you finish your favorite novel. After a full day on the beach, head inside, lather up the aloe and off to the Boardwalk for Thrashers Fries and Kohr's Ice Cream!
