  A true ski in/ski out home. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The home was at depicted; very nice with ample living space. The kitchen was completely stocked with everything needed to cook a meal. I would recommend this home to anyone planning on vacationing in Breckenridge.

  My friends and I converged in Breckendridge for an annual ski trip. We were coming from New Jersey, Chicago and St. Louis and found this condo online for our stay. It was the perfect place for our visit! Katie and the other owners were fantastic to work with and were very accommodating. We found the condo in great working-order, and even though we were prepared to bring extra condiments, toilet paper, etc. they had quite a few items on hand to make our stay extra comfortable, including humidifiers for that dry mountain air. (Very important!) The private hot tub was fantastic with a great view of the Snowflake Lift. The radiated floors are a nice touch as is the heated garage. This condo is very convenient to ski-in/out and for access to the Snowflake Lift, Bluesky Breckenridge gear rentals and a lift ticket window. We'll be back!

  The townhome, the views, the town, the colors. All absolutely beautiful. We can not have imagined a better place to be for a nice fall vacation. Let's see, location, location, location do not only matter when buying a home, these three simple things to remember are also fitting for a vacation stay. The townhome has it all - great bedrooms, awesome great room, nice bathrooms (all three floors), fully appointed kitchen with everything you could ever need (even a very sharp knife for chopping veggies and cutting meat for one of our four home cooked dinners). Oh, did i forget to mention the HOT TUB? Think of nice long hikes at Monte Cristo Gulch, Boreas Pass and the beautiful downtown shopping district in the clean crisp air of autumn, then basque in the warmth of the 103 degree hot tub, what more can I say. WE SHALL RETURN. I guess this might have been all I should have said but, since i couldn't post a picture of our awesome stay, I figured I would write a thousand words! (if you go for skiing, you will not find a nicer location and accomodations - TRUE SKI IN - SKI OUT) Thanks Kate and Roy.

• Location, Location, Location!

  We stayed at this home for Spring Break, two families, four adults and three children and we had plenty of room. We were all first time skiiers and did not want to be overwhelmed with the crowds at the resorts. We were so happy that we chose this home to stay in once we got there. The Snowflake lift was right out behind the home just down the hill. NO Crowds!! We loved the runs that we were able to do right from this home. We went over to Beaver Run one day only to stand in lines, so we came right back to the Snowflake lift. Home was nicely furnished and beautiful views. Close to town. We all enjoyed playing on the hill and in the snow right there at the house. If we ever go back to Breckenridge this home will be at the top of our list!! Owner was very informative and helpful!

  We stayed in this condo for our family holiday... it was the best mountain condo we have rented by far! The home is spotless & beautifully furnished. All of the beds are very comfortable & the radiant floor heat was a special treat! I highly recommend renting this condo!

  I have now been to the house the last 2yrs and looking forward to booking it again next year. The house has everything you would need for a week away from home. The both times I went was with a large group and it was nice that we could park the car and walk everywhere. Next time I am going to bring the family except I don't know if I will ever get the kids out of the hot tub!! Katie was great to work with and always has tips on the different great places to eat and drink in town.

  I stayed here for a long weekend in February. I can't say enough good things about this place. The property itself is huge, incredibly well-kept and very comfortable. The hot tub on the deck is a really nice amenity. It is located right on a trail about 200 feet above a lift, as well as a shop to rent skis and buy lift tickets. It is also really close to town...easily walkable for dinner, drinks and shopping. I highly recommend this place.

  We stayed over MLK weekend this year and had an AMAZING time. The property is even better than in the pictures, extremely clean, and the perfect location. Every morning we would have breakfast in the large kitchen, put on our skis, and cruise 25 yards down the hill to the Snowflake lift. At the end of the day you can easily make your way back to the property along the snowflake lift, which runs right by the back door. Hot tub off the back was a great way to relax after a long day on the slopes. Close to town, ski rentals, and shuttle pick up. Overall a 10/10 and makes for a perfect ski weekend. Thanks Katie!

  Thanks Katie for giving us a great Christmas 2010 vacation with our family. Your condo was perfect. We skiied home for lunch and got right back out on the hill. The condo was equipped with everything we needed and is decorated beautifully. We did enjoy skiing Breckenridge and the snow was superb. Thanks again.

  We have changed venues for the past 4 years and this year’s trip was the best yet. I always have some concerns when renting a condo for the first time sight unseen. This condo will not let you down in anyway. The description and photos on the website are very accurate. Everyday we looked forward to returning to the condo to soak in the hot tub and relax in the warm cozy atmosphere that the Chomko's have created. The kitchen was a blessing as well. It was more than adequately equipped and allowed us to eat in most nights and avoid any potential meltdowns from our 3 year old twin girls at a restaurant. I also appreciated how well maintained the place was. There were no areas of the condo that felt rundown in anyway. With 4 children under the age of 8 it is critical for me to find a place that is conveniently located to slopes as well as the town and other activities. The condo was perfectly located, not to close to town but close enough, and had access to a chair lift that took me and my children right to the Peak 8 ski school. I have already begun to recommend this condo to my friends for future family trips. I would also recommend this place for an adult only getaway. I can’t say enough about how much we enjoyed our stay. Thank you!
