FootHills/Baseline location, quiet, attractive corner unit, on-site pool. Shady balcony with table and chairs for outdoor dining. Nicely furnished with some antiques. Fully equipped kitchen, separate dining room, large family room with gas fireplace.

Queen-size beds with new mattresses in both bedrooms, all linens, full baths. Sofa in living room would accommodate one small child. Covered parking for two cars. Walk two blocks to shopping and restaurants; walking/biking paths to Community Center and Senior Center.
