This house is perfect for a luxurious getaway. Plenty of bedrooms and privacy for multiple couples or families. The view from the rooftop deck is to die for, you will never want to leave!

My friends and I stayed here for a long weekend while we were in town for a wedding. The location was perfect for us as we were close to the beach, local restaurant/bar and a short drive to the market. The house was clean and well-maintained. I would recommend this house to anyone. And, the owner and property manager were extremely nice and easy to deal with.

Great Summer Getaway

My young family and I enjoyed staying at the Tolly Home for 5 weeks to begin the summer of 2010. The location is perfect with great beach access and proximity to Sea Girt and Spring Lake, and I was actually able to commute for a few weeks to NYC The house was in very good condition and large enough to have family and friends come visit for the day or night. We definitely appreciated watching the sunrise or sunset from the master bedroom and rooftop decks whcih made for some great family memories. Hope to come back next summer. Having never been to the Jersey shore before, we initially found the Tolly home on VRBO because it's location in Sea Girt would be convenient for our daughters' traveling from NYC and Philadelphia - and how lucky we feel about our 'find'! This home is more charming and every bit as beautiful as the pictures displayed. We felt welcomed with its afghans, calm ocean colors, big windows to enjoy the views, multiple decks ...(hmmm, shall I put my feet up on the chaise on the front deck - or swing in the hammock on the back deck) Our spring stay did include a couple of rainy days but cooking up a big breakfast with room for multiple chefs in a fantastic kitchen and 'catching up' over coffee at the kitchen table was great! That kitchen table, by the way, overlooks the back deck, bbq grill and a yard perfect for our daughter's dog to run :) And, oh yes, shopping at the great outlet mall about 15 miles away is another way to enjoy a rainy day. With the deep and well kept beach and boardwalk as well as the lighthouse just about a 3 minute walk away, the location was perfect. Sea Girt and nearby Spring Lake are beautiful towns to walk or take a drive through to enjoy the architecture and seaside landscape. Allair Village is about 15 min. away and is fun for a shady walk in the woods and maybe even spot deer as we did. Atlantic City is only 1 1/2 hrs. away if you want to try your luck at the casinos and walk their busy boardwalk - but it's great to come home (aka the Tolly home) at the end of the day. My wife, Gale, and I rented this home from November to January. We spent the holidays here with our growing family. We all had such a great time because the house is so comfortable and well-appointed that there was absolutely no stress. Our every need was satisfied. And, if you've never been at the Jersey Shore in winter, you should try it. I don't think I've ever been this relaxed in my life. The beach in winter is magical. The owners are the sweetest people and the caretakers are like family.

My family & I spent a week at the Tolly house. It was perfect in every way. It is great for multiple couples with lots of privacy. The walk down the street to the beach was just grand! We love the Parkerhouse for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The house has a great kitchen and perfect for backyard barbeques. We took the kids for quick ride down to the Point Pleasant amusements and aquarium. We visited Allair Village. So much to do and the house is the perfect place to relax after a fun filled day. We were also very greatful to be able to bring our family dog. Thanks again for a great vacation!

My girlfriends and stayed there on memorial day weekend and we had an amazing time! Fabulous location, comfortable sleeping arrangements, perfect rooftop views. House was fully stocked. We had to keep pinching ourselves that we got such a gorgeous house for a great price. Everything was perfect.

My sons (6 and 11) and I had a wonderful stay during Easter vacation. The home had everything we needed to relax and to embark on a variety of daily adventures. The home is extremely clean and comfortable. The privacy of the upstairs suite/master bedroom from the rest of the house was a nice retreat. The layout is very nice for a family with kids.

Our family enjoyed a very relaxing President's weekend at this beautiful home. It is located very close to the ocean. Everything in the home is top quality. The best part is that our beloved labrador was able to join us for the weekend! Our lab enjoyed the house as much as we did. Paula has thought of everything! All we brought were our clothes and food. We brought home a great memory of a quiet family vacation. We'd love to visit again sometime, in the warm weather. Thanks again, Paula, for a great time in a fantastic home!

Our company had an eight person retreat at the house and had an amazing experience. The house was well appointed, spacious and light. Unlike most rental properties, all of the appliances were first rate. We will be back.

My family stayed at 103 Beacon during the first two weeks of September 2008. Great location, great home, completely stocked, nice for multiple couples or 2 families with children. Numerous decks provide plenty of nap, reading, eating, or drinking space!

The Ohr Family had a wonderful time the first 2 weeks of June. The house was beautiful and well- equiped for people of all ages. The distance to the beach was just right for my 2 year old nephew. Sea Girt is a beautiful town and it was very relaxing to be at the Jersey Shore where I grew up. My family and I would love to stay at this magnificent property again. Thank you!

We have rented the Tolly's house two summers in a row and I hope to rent it for many more. Lot's of the Morrison family have great memories from our vacations here. A perfect family house with everything you'll need; well provisioned, well cared for and in a great little beach town.

This was our second summer here and we absolutely love it! We love being so close to the beach and watching all the action go by each day. The house is amazing, so clean, and has everything you could possibly need. And the Tollys couldn't be any more helpful. We are lucky to have stumbled into your home. Thank you for having us. We will miss having breakfast at the beach everyday (especially my daughter!) but reality is calling and we must answer :( We can't wait for next summer! Thank you for yet another amazing August. We loved spending Christmas in this beautiful house. The house was the most well-stocked house we have ever stayed in and was just perfect for cooking lots of meals for a large family. The lay out of the house made it easy to choose to spend time together or to spend time in a quiet corner reading a book. Access to the beach couldn't have been easier.
