Rehoboth Beach, Delaware (three bedroom, two-and-one-half baths, sleeps eight).
It is newly renovated and designer decorated, in in-town Rehoboth overlooking the canal. Only six blocks to the beach.
Many exciting features include outdoor shower, patio with teak furniture, wood-burning fireplace, two decks - one off the kitchen with a new gas grill, another off the living room with a canal/drawbridge view. The master bedroom has a new comfy queen bed, sunroom/library with a tree-top view also overlooking the canal. First floor bedroom is handicap accessible. Twin beds will soon be available in this inlaw suite. Enjoy cooking in a large gourmet kitchen with chrome appliances and hardwood floors.
Other amenities include washer and dryer, CAC, TV/VCR/DVD/cable. Parking for two cars, plus two Rehoboth Beach parking permits.
A short walk to bars and restaurants. Some summer weeks still available. Will also consider long weekend rentals.
Pet Policy:
Add $200 per week (nonrefundable cleaning fees).

Hello,
I've been traveling to Rehoboth Beach most of my life and had the opportunity to purchase property there in 2004. We helped care for our parents, and they enjoyed spending time here. Although a lot of the furnishing is new, you'll see some of their belongings have been used in decorating this cozy spot. Off-season is the best time I think, and we travel there year-round. An animal lover and dog owner myself, I've decided to open our home for our guests to bring their pets.
Why the Owner Chose Rehoboth Beach
Families, singles, gays and straights travel here and from as far as New York, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Maryland, Virginia and DC. Rehoboth is an "artist's colony" with quaint shops, and stores, mall-outlets, cafe's and restaurants, offering a variety of clothing, goods, and foods for discriminating tastes.
The Unique Benefits of this Townhouse Condominium
Perhaps the most outstanding benefit of staying at our home is the location. It's within walking distance to downtown and the beaches. (Please see the comments section of this ad). Cheers, and hope to see you at the beach soon!
