Loved biking here. The house was perfect, with a well-stocked kitchen. Thank you!
June 2, 2011:
...It was a very nice weekend of beaching and exploration. Your townhouse is a perfect place for such a respite. It is comfortable and I particularly liked walking up in the trees....
I've been meaning to tell you what a great time we had at the condo in March. Our son and his wife were having a baby in Falls Church so we were close enough without being in the way. The location was great for walking to the Boardwalk with our son's greyhound (on his doggie spring break)....,
Anyways, thanks for a great month.
We have just returned from our week in Rehoboth Beach at your home. I wanted to take this opportunity to tell you how much we enjoyed your home! It was so much more than we had expected and it was ideal for us since we had a friend join us on our vacation. We met ... and they were great in helping us with all of the particulars regarding recycling and etc. They also recommended some great restaurants although we took advantage of your kitchen and grill most evenings!
Just a great big thank you. We loved the location of your place; it was so quiet and ideal for what we wanted.

Review Title : 976746 - 'Just got home (7/10/10)'
'The pictures don't do justice to this condo. The kitchen is modern, and has all the necessary gadgets. There is a bathroom on each floor (full bath on first and third floors), the bedrooms are spacious, parking is excellent, and a close walk to all RB has to offer. (The map makes the distance to the beach appear farther than it really is!) And a very quick bike ride / drive to Poodle Beach. The canal view is a quiet, tranquil break from the activity of the beach and downtown. The down side - had to leave after a week!!'
July 9-16, Jeffrey & Company: 'The location is perfect. This is a great getaway. Even though I worked a few days--had friends come visit, they enjoyed themselves very much.'
July 23--30, Sherry, Jen, Deanne, Barb, Sue, Caroline & Ella: 'This place is great, we'll be back!' (They've reserved 3 years in a row.)
August 5--8, The David Butler Family: 'The place is charming--terrific location . . . .'

Year Purchased: 2004
About the owner: Hello, I've been traveling to Rehoboth Beach most of my life and had the opportunity to purchase property there in 2004. We helped care for our parents, and they enjoyed spending time here. Although a lot of the furnishing is new, you'll see some of their belongings have been used in decorating this cozy spot. Off-season is the best time I think, and we travel there year-round. An animal lover and dog owner myself, I've decided to open our home for our guests to bring their pets.
Why the Owner Chose Rehoboth Beach:
Families, singles, gays and straights travel here and from as far as New York, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Maryland, Virginia and DC. Rehoboth is an 'artist's colony' with quaint shops, and stores, mall-outlets, cafe's and restaurants, offering a variety of clothing, goods, and foods for discriminating tastes.
The Unique Benefits at this Townhome:
Perhaps the most outstanding benefit of staying at our home is the location. It's within walking distance to downtown and the beaches. (Please see the comments section of this ad). Cheers, and hope to see you at the beach soon! Best Regards, Alan
