Calme et sérénité du hors saison
J'ai passé 3 semaines dans cette maison lors d'un déplacement professionnel, je m'y suis sentie de suite chez moi. C'est important pour moi de recréer un climat "comme à la maison". Pouvoir faire la cuisine, manger dehors....... Promenades sur la plage le matin, promenades à vélo en fin de journée. Un petit bémol sur la piste cyclable qui n'est pas encore terminée, mais cela devrait être à nouveau opérationnel l'an prochain?

maison trés agréable, confortable et fonctionnelle
location trés propre, claire et aérée,parfaite pour une famille avec des enfants, le jardin clos et la proximité de la plage en sont des atouts appréciés.L'ameublement et la décoration sont suffisants, d'un style jeune correspondant à la construction ,avec un souci de bon goût.La vaisselle est adaptée au nombre de personnes accueillies,le mobilier de jardin est pensé comme la maison, les lits bain de soleil sont d'un design contemporain. La maison et son environnement, malgré un petit jardin, permettent la détente et le farniente. La voiture est nécessaire pour faire les courses, pas de commerces trés proches, mais service de bus.Nous avons pu rentrer les 3 voitures, ce qui est appréciable, le stationnement n'est pas facile dans les rues voisines. Les propriétaires sont à l'écoute et répondent au service demandé, ainsi la fourniture de linge de toilette a pu être possible alors qu'elle n'était pas prévue. La localisation du quartier par rapport à la ville est excentrée, ce qui est plutôt un avantage en évitant les embouteillages du centre-ville lors des excursions. La plage est à 2mn, sans route à traverser, hors celle du lotissement, l'accés est direct.

Style moderne et confort
Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la maison et son jardin. Les voisins sont sympas. La maison est très bien équipée et décoré avec beaucoup de gout. Avec le garage et le portail tout est bien sécurisé. La mer est très proche, la boulangerie est bonne. C’est vraiment à conseiller pour les familles. Les propriétaires sont très gentils. Nous allons revenir.
