This is a beautifully decorated single story patio home with 2 bedrooms and a den, COMFORTABLY sleeps 4 (King in master bedroom with queen in 2nd bedroom. The home, built in 2000 and located in the private Bermuda Dunes Country Club (home of the Bob Hope Desert Chrysler Classic), looks like a model home decorated in neutral desert tones with 14’ ceilings. All 1972 sq ft are on one floor.
This home features a large master bedroom with a private sitting area, a 27" TV, VCR/DVD player, and a large walk-in closet; a formal dining area, a living area with a 32" TV/DVD and fireplace, and a large kitchen and nook area. You can eat at the kitchen bar, in the kitchen nook or outside on the covered patio overlooking the greenbelt with pool and mountain views. There is direct access from the two car garage to the home, and there is an inside laundry room with a washer and dryer.
We are minutes away from outstanding golf courses, including Landmark, Trilogy (home of the Skins Game), PGA West, and Rancho La Quinta. Also nearby is the Indian Wells Tennis Stadium - home of the West Coast Pro Circuit and the site of headliner concerts. The restaurants in the area are endless and varied from casual patio dining to gourmet fine dining and all within minutes from home.
You can shop on the famed El Paseo Drive (the desert's Rodeo Drive), the Premium Outlets (just 30 minutes away), and the local fairs and artisan shops.
