The foyer has ice beige marble floors. A private elevator provides access to the living quarters and the 3rd floor entertainment area. Natural stone cathedral style arches accents are seen at various locations. Once you finish your day at the beach or your swim in your private pool. Come grill while you enjoy the beachview.
The clubhouse has a lap pool, children's pool, hot tub, a tennis court and a children’s play system.

Tastefully decorated formal main living room has a sofa, two oversize chairs, coffee table and end tables, and a 42" plasma TV. Your kitchen, dining, master bedrooms, and living rooms have beach views. You can also enjoy the Gulf of Mexico from several private balconies.
The custom built gourmet kitchen has all of your home conveniences with new appliances. Two Sub-Zero refrigerators with ice maker, dishwasher, built in Thermador oven, and microwave gives you the option of cooking a full gourmet meal. Whirlpool full size washer and dryer are located in the laundry room.
Master bedroom (1st Floor): Features a king size sleigh bed, two night stands with marble countertops and lamps, mirror/dresser, and private bathroom with a separate walk in shower and a corner Jacuzzi tub for two. Enjoy your morning coffee in the private patio facing the pool and beach.
Bronze bedroom (1st Floor): Leather queen sleigh bed with accent slate walls. The bathroom has beautiful travertine marble, glass shower door, and glass mosaic half moon shower.
Children’s Purple bedroom (2nd Floor): Two twin beds in a bunk beds. Great room for your kids. This room has its own private bathroom (tub shower combo).
Yellow bedroom (2nd Floor): Queen sleigh bed, armoire for hanging cloths, chest of drawers, and private bathroom with Kohler jetted tub shower combo. This room features a Juliet balcony. Please keep balcony closed during your stay.
Jr. Master Suite (3rd Floor): Features a king size canopy bed, two night stands, dresser with mirror, and armoire for hanging cloths. The bathroom for this room has twin glass bowel sinks over a granite countertop vanity and a glass block extra large shower. Enjoy your morning coffee in the private balcony facing the Gulf of Mexico or from your bedroom.
Blue Room(3rd Floor): Queen leather sleigh bed. Located next to large wet bar and upper living room. This room features terrace.
3rd Floor Living Room: Coffee table, end tables, fireplace, and two queen sofa sleepers with a flat screen DLP TV. (adjacent to wet bar area and bar stools with microwave, double sink, wine chiller, refrigerator and garbage compactor.
Cable TV is available at 6 locations throughout the house.

Why the Owner Chose Villas of South Padre
My husband and I liked the location, surrounding homes and on site security. Safety was our priority in locating our homesite. We purchased our lot in 2005. The house took 2 years to custom build. No other home in SPI has the architectural features of this property.
The Unique Benefits at this House
At our location the beach is not crowded. The house has pleanty of room to invite other families. The garage is airconditioned and filled with toys to use during your stay. We have beach toys (buckets, pails, rakes, shovels, cars, boogie boards, kites) and water toys(balls, noodles, doughnuts, air matress etc).
