Your vacation home-away-from-home and is a lovely, two-bedroom, two-bath condominium that is all on one floor, the second floor with Elevator. The condominium is 1068 square feet with an 198-square-foot lanai.
Take a Peek at the Ocean from the lanai; it is 70 yards from the Magic (disappearing) Sands beach.
It has a Gorgeous Pool which is Oceanfront, four very nice barbecue grills, several FREE TENNIS COURTS , and a GAME ROOM with a Pool Table. It also has a spa (hot tub). The living room, kitchen, and bath areas are spacious and bright and are fully tiled.
The large lanai is tiled complete with BEAUTIFUL WEATHER and Paradise offers unforgettable views.
The MASTER BEDROOM is Spacious, Quiet, and Private. It has 2 Twin-size beds for 2 Guests or they make into a KING SIZE BED and linens for your ultimate comfort. There is a TV and DVD player in this bedroom.
The second bedroom has a QUEEN-SIZE BED.
This condominium has two bathrooms.
We offer as a vacation rental our condominium to discriminating, non-smoking guests when we are tied up with our mainland duties. With that in mind, we keep our kitchen well equipped with a full-size refrigerator with ice dispenser and water in the door, dishwasher, microwave oven, and stove. We supply cooking and baking equipment, sharp knives, quality dishes, glassware, and utensils, and all the usual small appliances plus nice amenities.
KONA GOLF COUNTRY CLUB is about three miles away. Kahalu'u Beach, the best snorkeling beach on the island is about two miles away.
No smoking; no pets.
NUMBER OF PEOPLE OCCUPYING UNIT MUST BE DISCLOSED AT TIME OF BOOKING, IF NOT, ADDITIONAL $50/PP PER NIGHT WILL BE ADDED TO CREDIT CARD ON FILE FOR THE EXTRA GUESTS.
Deposits:
* CREDIT CARDS ACCEPTED
* Non-Refundable Deposit is required on a credit card to confirm a reservation (no credit card fee). Balance is due by check to avoid credit card fees on balance or there is a fee to charge the balance to a credit card and is due 30 days prior to arrival for low season, 60 days prior for high season. Directions and keys will be mailed ten days prior to booking once full payment is received.
* Please note that our condominium is a SMOKE-FREE ZONE and that PETS are not allowed on premises.
An additional out-cleaning fee will be applied to billing for all stays.
**KEYS: If keys are lost there is a $25 Replacement Key Fee for Each Key.
Cancellation Policy:
* Thirty days prior to reservation date a full refund less 20% of Total Invoice Amount for a booking fee.
* Cancellation refund within 30 days is subject to rebooking. *Cancellation within thirty days and no shows will be charged in full unless re-booked.
* All cancellations are charged a 20% booking fee on a confirmed reservation. No Refunds on monies paid for Holiday Cancellations. Cancellations must be in writing. (Electronic mail constitutes written notice when a return receipt is requested and confirmed.)
* Deposits ARE NOT Refunded during Special Holidays and If full payment has been made - NO REFUND (New Year's, Christmas, Thanksgiving, Easter, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, or during Ironman Triathlon Week and the Kona Billfish Tournament.)
* No Refunds Due to Inclement Weather, Circumstances Beyond our Control or No Shows or Shortened Stays.
