If you’re looking to get away from your busy lifestyle take a trip to the beautiful Northern California Mountains. Our vacation home is located in the town of Chester, California on the edge of Lake Almanor. If you enjoy outdoor activities, you will find a multitude of things to do while staying in our vacation home. Lake Almanor and nearby Lassen National Park offer a variety of activities. Whether you are a hiker, skier, fisherman, boater, jet skier, kite-surfer, snowmobiler, golfer or just like relaxing with a good book, you will feel refreshed after staying in this quaint mountain community.
The home is ideal for 6-8 people to sleep comfortably. There are 3 bedrooms; 1 King, 2 Queens and a Queen Aero bed. The mattresses are plush pillow tops. Each guest room is uniquely decorated to reflect a theme. The Master Suite is spacious with double sinks, large shower and decorated in an Americana theme. The first guest room is decorated with a Bear theme and our second guest room is decorated with a Fishing Lodge theme.
It was completed in 2004 and is decorated with cozy and stylish furnishings. With almost 1600 square feet of living space and an endless forest of trees for your enjoyment. It has many amenities to offer your family. The home is completely setup and all you need is to pack your bags. LINENS and TOWELS are provided and the cleaning service will clean when you leave. We had a great time just like last year. Already planning on returning for Martin Luther King weekend next year. Telling all our friends what a comfortable and lovely home to stay in with all the ammenities. Perfect house for 3 couples to share.

This house was perfect! The kitchen was well-stocked with great cookware, utensils, and dishes. Everything was very clean, comfortable, and just plain great. This is a great rental!

We loved this house and all the ammenities that it came with. There might have been 4-6 feet of snow on the ground (2/'08), but we had a great time in and out of the house. I will definately come back and stay again!
