The cottage has one bedroom with double bed and another bedroom with twin beds. There is a very large living room, nice dining room, and a deluxe kitchen with all your need to whip meals for big appetites that come with being at the beach. You have a completely private entrance, your own beach access and washer, dryer, and dishwasher. The views from the wrap-around deck are especially nice.
This cottage may be rented separately or together with the the eight-bedroom, 4.5 bath, oceanfront Main House.

Nice partial ocean view from large living room windows, and new deck. Easy beach access. Large living room, could use more furniture. Kitchen equipped for daily needs and we cooked Thanksgiving dinner too! The unit could have been cleaner, I had to clean the cupboards and dishes before using, as the place was partially remodeled: windows, siding, decking, some dry wall, before we arrived. The rest to be done in 2013. New TV. Communication with owners was a bit difficult, and it worked out. The "Estate House" is right in front of the cottage and you will hear and see the guests in the pool, and they, you, in the cottage. The care taker lives below and is wonderful! She was nice and very helpful!! Really a gem of the place for the area. We would go back. Description was accurate, pictures were accurate, beach - outstanding!Recommended for: Sightseeing, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, age 55+, adventure seekers, families with young children, girls getaway.

January Through December .. $1,500/week (Minimum 7 Night Stay) All rates are subject to adding a Hawaii Sales and Hotel Room Tax of 13.96% Security deposit of $500.00 required for Reservation Guests will pay a cleaning fee of $150.00, which will be deducted from the security deposit. Maximum 4 persons
