Why the Owner Chose SeaSide Villas
We love Hilton Head Island. We would visit once a year and rent from VRBO. We decided to stay at Sea Side Villas one year and fell in love with the villas, the proximity of the beach and location of shops and restaurants. We had an opportunity to purchase a and in 2009 we renovated our Sea Side 290 villa.

I never write reviews, but I have to write one for this villa. We've stayed at Hilton Head for years and have usually stayed more south. We liked the area, but we had to have a car if we needed to go to the strore. This villa is across the street from the main shopping area for Hilton Head. It was so nice to walk or ride our bikes to the stores to go shopping, get back to the villa to unload our stuff, then run down to the beach in less than an hour! It use to take us at least two hours to drive to the store, find a parking place then drive back. The villa is super nice too! They have a super clean place and it is right on the beach. I highly recommend this place for Hilton Head!
Recommended for:Tourists without a car, sightseeing, girls getaway.

My husband and I are retired and love Hilton Head. We've stayed at the Breakers in the past, but this villa has been updated and is very clean. We stayed over Memorial day week and paid much less than we have in the past at other villas.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, sightseeing, age 55+.
