Located on the Eastern Shore of the Chesapeake Bay, it is famous for its seafood - especially the Maryland blue crab - its Watermen, wildlife, natural beauty, simple lifestyle and strong sense of community built on faith and hard work. Just walk out your back door and live the waterfront life! This cottage retreat offers its own 85 foot dock with a 17 x 16 foot sunning deck. The spectacular views of the Bay’s Sunsets are second to none. Our home has been decorated and appointed to anticipate your every need while on vacation.
The single level floor plan with three bedrooms offers privacy and convenience. The Master bedroom has a King size bed and its own full bathroom with soaking tub and shower. The second bedroom has a Queen size bed and its own full bathroom with shower. The third bedroom has two Twin beds sharing a full bathroom with soaking tub and shower.
The house also has a beautiful fully stocked Chef’s kitchen with all stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops, a living room with fireplace and TV, home theater with DVD, CD player, Stereo, and VCR, a separate great room for the kids, dining room with a large table for the whole family, laundry room, and a deck with a view of the bay equipped with a gas grill.
Our Crisfield home is ideally suited for a family vacation. Located in an area known as "The Seafood Capital of the World" you can enjoy the best of both worlds - a getaway from it all retreat that is close to everything! It is a short driving distance to Ocean City, to Bethany Beach and Rehoboth Beach. It has the safety of a closed end street - quiet and picturesque, and the proximity of golf courses (within minutes).
Walk out the back door and you are on your own dock (fishing, crabbing and boating or bring your boat and launch from a boat ramp within walking distance - Boat and Kayak rentals are also available). Trolley ride through Town or get an escorted Walking Tour, get a boat trip Tangier Island or Smith Island and you can even charter a local fishing boat (bring home some fresh Maryland Rockfish).
You are only minutes away from downtown Crisfield for great restaurants & shopping - something for everyone in the family.

My wife and I and our friends enjoy kayaking. The house was a great base for exploring Janes Island. On top of that, we enjoyed wonderful sunsets from the dock. We stayed there in the middle of October. It was very peaceful and the house was ideal. It was clean and well equipped. The beds were comfortable. As an owner of a house on VRBO, we were impressed. We plan on returning next fall for some kayaking.

The house was beautiful. The place had its own private dock. We caught about three dozen crabs the three days that we were there. A very relaxing vacation with a picture perfect view. Thank you very much for sharing your home.

The house was great. Everything I needed was there. My family did alot of crabbing and fishing while we were there. I couldn't have asked for a better trip to Crisfield. Thank you for renting your great vacation spot.

i just want to say on behalf of my family, and myself that we haven't enjoyed a vacation together like this in a while. the first night we were there we hit Hard Head (Croakers) from about 7:30- 10:30 or so. we each wound up catching 5 or 6 a piece, winding up with a total of about 15 fish that evening from the end of the pier!! also within about 2 1/2 days or so, we wound up with a little over a bushel of crabs just from the crab pots on the pier. just about every night we wound up steaming 2-3 dozen at least. weather was great, beautiful sunsets every evening. could not have ased for a better place to vacation. looking forward to next year!!!!!!!

Awesome Awesome Awesome!!! My family and I stayed here in June 08. We had such a wonderful time. We crabbed and fished off the dock everyday. The owner was great and answered my every question that I had and helped me plan the best vacation that my husband and children have ever had. It was so peaceful and sunsets were beautiful. I would recommend this property and would stay here again. The house was beautiful and very clean. It had everything that you needed to have a wonderful stay.

Nothing says a perfect vacation like beautiful sunsets, delicious blue crabs, and a fantastic home to stay in! This beautiful Crisfield home has top of the line amenities, chef's kitchen, gorgeous sunroom, and a spectacular dock with a breathtaking view, just to name a few. My family enjoyed a very relaxing vacation and can't say enough about this lovely home, it's kind owner and the beauty of the bay. Also, the residents of Crisfield were very kind to us as they gave us suggestions to restaurants, hot fishing spots, the works! I highly recommend this rental to anyone looking for comfort and relaxation. I know we will be returning! If you have a boat, make sure to take it to keep in your own private dock. It's simply Heaven on Earth!

We enjoyed our stay at the house this early Fall when the leaves were turning color and the nights were cool. The dock was wonderful and the sunsets were spectacular every night and together with the seagulls, it was quite splended. The house was immaculately clean and well cared for and a pleasure to stay in - especially the Florida room which is always filled with light. A very special place to stay

We recently enjoyed our third stay here and loved it as much as the first two. The house is spacious and comfortable with spectacular views. But as always, the best part is the private dock. A new "platform" and lighting has been added to the end increasing its usefulness for night fishing. Besides the usual spot, blue, rock, and croaker, we also caught a flounder. The town is quiet and charming, with several good restaurants. We're looking forward to visit number four!
