New in 2004. This newly constructed two bedroom, two bath unit is conveniently located in mid town Ocean City on 53rd. Street, bayside. This luxurious unit offers a fully equipped kitchen, washer, dryer, dishwasher, air conditioner, fireplace and jacuzzi tub. Exercise room, sauna and outdoor pool are located on the same level as the unit. THE BEACH is only a short distance across the street. At this location you can park your car, no need to drive anywhere!
This beautiful condo has two bedrooms and two baths and can comfortably accommodate eight. The master bedroom has a queen-size bed, the second has two double beds, and the living room has a queen sleeper. The master bathroom is complete with a full shower and a separate jacuzzi tub. The second bath is complete with shower/tub combo.
The furnished balcony is accessed through the living room and the master bedroom. Decorated with designer furnishings, this unit features a fully equipped kitchen. Dishes and cookware are provided. There is also central air, a gas fireplace and two parking spaces located under the building. Sheets, towels and paper products are supplied. There are three TV's, two VCR's, and two DVDs (and cable, of course).
We accept Saturday thru Saturday rentals and also weekend and mid-week rentals. Off season rentals (January thru April) are on a nightly basis and are priced at only $125.00 per night. Check-in time is 3PM. Check-out time is 11 am.
We do ask for a $200.00 security deposit check that will be refunded to you within 10 days of your stay. We understand that there is normal wear and tear on any unit. The security deposit protects us ( a very small amount ) of any intentional damage that may be done by the renter. If you choose to rent the unit you will see that in the past year we have been fortunate to have had wonderful renters, as the place is fairly new and in very good condition.
We rent to families only, no young groups please. This unit is a NON smoking unit and pets are NOT allowed. Please remember that this is a home we love... please enjoy your stay but with the same love.

We really enjoyed our stay in the condo! Beautifully decorated and furnished, we were able to find everything we needed to make dinners. It was very nice to be right across the street from the beach and have the pool just steps away. We had great weather and hope to go back again sometime, lots of good memories!Recommended for: Romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.
