The large mansion spreads out over three floors, surrounded by several terraces and a large garden, ponds and the sea view embellish the surroundings. Lots of charm, well-kept interior. Large swimming pool and a spacious pool area (al living area) amidst the large Mediterranean garden (almost 1 hectare), surrounded by a circular stone wall, and planted with eucalyptus, olives, laurel, orange trees and cypresses. The villa is located 800 m from the nearest beach. Due to the large living space, 16 to 18 guest can be accommodated (7 bedrooms, one studio, 6 bathrooms). This villa can be divided into 3 apartments that are completely separate one from the other. 'Les Oliviers' - 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, sleeps 6. 'Bella Vista' - 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, sleeps 4. 'Jasmin' - 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, sleeps 4. A studio sleeping 4 can be adjoined to two of the apartments.

This house is so much more spectacular and gorgeous than it appears in the photographs. It is full of surprise, like a delightful maze. Because of the independent little kitchens, our big family had plenty of privacy when desired. For gatherings, Marcus provided us with a variety of feasts.Did you find this review helpful? Our family of fourteen, along with two babysitters, stayed in the villa for three weeks in June and July, and we loved everything about the house and the situation. The villa is capacious (despite our numbers, 7 of whom were children, we all had plenty of space). It is also so beautiful that, even though it's conveniently situated (a walk to Ile-Rousse, a short drive to Calvi), one could happily never leave the grounds. The photos on the site do not do justice to how lovely, unusual, and accommodating the house is, the beauty of the grounds, the excellent pool. Moreover, the caretaker Markus Ender was a wonderful plus about the rental. We hired Markus to cook dinner five nights a week. Markus is a restaurant-quality chef (in fact the best meals we had in Corsica were prepared by Markus, rather than in restaurants), cooking consistently innovative and delicious food. He was also willing to accommodate our children and prepare food to their taste. He was kind, professional, and extremely helpful, about matters both small and large-- bee stings, procuring reservations, flat tires, helping us rent a boat. He helped make our vacation easy and adventurous, and was never in our way. We loved our stay, and we would very enthusiastically return. I give Vlla Corbara Haute Corse my highest recommendation. Schon allein Ile Rousse und Calvi sind eine Reise wert. Aber das Highlight unseres Koriska-Kurzurlaubes war das Anwesen, auf dem wir so herzlich empfangen und betreut wurden. Vielen Dank an die Besitzer, denn sie haben unseren Aufenthalt auf Korsika zu einem einzigartigen Erlebnis gemacht. Die Wohnungen sind geschmackvoll eingerichtet, wir fühlten uns sofort wie zu Hause. Die Funktionalität lässt keine Wünsche offen und Sauberkeit ist eine Selbstverständlichkeit. Die Bequemlichkeit und das Ambiente laden geradezu ein, nette Abende (auch in Gruppen / Familien und Freunde) zu verbringen. Familie Reiner / De Cillia Bregenz / Österreich Le simple fait de l'Ile Rousse et Calvi valent une visite. Mais le clou de notre séjour était la propriété sur laquelle nous avons été si chaleureusement accueilli et soutenu. Un grand merci aux propriétaires, parce qu'ils ont rendu notre séjour en Corse en une expérience unique. Les appartements sont décorées avec goût, nous nous sommes sentis immédiatement à la maison. La fonctionnalité et la propreté à chaque vœu est exaucé. La commodité et l'ambiance invitant presque à passer des soirées agréables (même en groupes et les familles et les amis). Villa très agréable décorée avec beaucoup de gout, identique aux photos sur site. Propriétaire très accueillant et disponible, commerces, restaurants de qualité dans un rayon de 5km et piscine lumineuse dans un très beau cadre à flanc de colline. Une adresse à retenir. A 5mn de L'ile Rousse et du centre de Corbara, point idéal pour découvrir toute la région. Location conforme à la description: nous avons été enchantés par cette location très bien équipée, très propre et décorée avec énormément de charme. Superbe séjour, à deux pas de l’Ile Rousse et à moins de 2km de la mer. Propriétaire très agréable, chaleureux et surtout très serviable. Appartements de charme décorés avec beaucoup de gout et surtout très bien équipés, très propres, bref parfait pour des vacances décontractées ! Sans oublier un environnement de qualité avec plein d’endroits très romantiques : nombreuses terrasses avec vue sur la mer et la piscine, palmiers, yuccas, lauriers roses..: un décor exotique comme on les aime en vacances!! Location parfaite pour 2 adultes et 2 enfants dans un cadre superbe. Descriptif exact, propreté impeccable, nous gardons un très bon souvenir de notre séjour et de ses propriétaires, discrets mais toujours prêts à donner le bon renseignement. Nous conseillons vivement cette adresse pour tous ceux qui veulent visiter la Balagne et profiter d’une piscine superbe et bien agréable au retour de ballades parfois bien fatiguantes (la Corse, c’est montagneux, ça monte et il fait chaud..).
