If you're looking for a clean, quiet and safe place to stay while in Ponce, then one of our apartments is perfect for you. Although these are not luxury units, they provide all the comforts of home away from home. House has three cozy, air conditioned 1-bedroom apartments and a studio. All units are furnished and equipped with full kitchens. These apartments have their private/individual entrances, bathrooms and parking spaces.

Apartments can be rented individually or the 4 apartments can be rented at a discounted price for vacations and events such as; family reunions, weddings, conferences, sports competitions and companies working temporarily in the south of the island. We can also accommodate you if you are thinking of relocating to Puerto Rico and want to become familiarized with the island or simply want to spend months or up to a year in Ponce. Long term rates are negotiable.

These apartments are located in a residential area. Most of the the residents in this community are retired professionals. We are two blocks away from the Ponce Museum of Art. Urb. Ext. Mariani is one of the finest neighborhoods in this city. At walking distance, you will find many malls, museums, tourist sites, La Universidad Catolica, La Plaza de Las Delicias, churches, etc. El Tuque Raceway is 12 minutes away. La Guancha Boardwalk, Ponce beach and the casinos are a 10 minute drive from our apartments.

Close to all mayor highways and mayor streets in Ponce. Some of the island's finest beaches are on the southwest coast, approximately 30 minutes away.

Family oriented atmosphere. Perfect if you're traveling with children. A $100.00 reimbursable security deposit is required to confirm all reservations. Just the right price for the budget traveler.
