  We stayed in Seabrook Island for a week in this fantastic house. It has absolutely everything you need to have a fun beach vacation! The house is literally a 5 minute walk from an amazing beach. The first time we went out to the beach it was high tide. The beach was about 2 feet wide! But then during low tide it was one of the nicest beaches I've ever seen! The girls loved playing on the beach and the house has lots of beach toys to bring down for kids to play with. My only complaint is that there are no beach towels...you have to bring your own. I wish they had been provided. The house itself is beautiful. We spent so much time on the upstairs balcony just hanging out. We missed out on the downstairs screened in balcony because the girls bedrooms were off the balcony and we didn't want to disturb them. The kitchen has everything you need. We cooked or grilled out the whole week. (Saves money and the hassle of bringing 2 kids out to a restaurant!) Charleston is about a 35-40 minute drive away, so if you wanted to stay close to Charleston, it's a bit of a hike. I would highly recommend this house, it's really great!

  Owner response: Unfortunately we cannot provide beach towels. I wish we could but we simply just don't have the laundry capacity to wash and dry up to 10 beach towels especially when we are already washing all the linens for 8 beds and towels for 4 bathrooms. The beach club has a towel service, so no towels are needed when swimming there.

  We had a wonderful stay in your beautiful home. The kitchen remodel makes a huge difference in the layout. Everything is bright and airy. We loved the proximity to the beach and the breeze on the porch. The children were at home in the bunk room and had great fun in the downstairs den.

  Our family had a wonderful time in SC! Your home is so lovely- your decorating is just right for the beach. We loved the house and the location couldn't have been more perfect- short walk to pool and beach. Seabrook is great- we can't imagine searching for a better island. Everyone wants to come back next year.

  Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful home with us! We absolutely loved it- the location was wonderful and your home was so beautifully decorated. We also appreciated the abundance of towels and linens.....the kids all loved the bunk bed room and said how comfy the beds were:) the remodels you had done are really beautiful! It made such a huge difference to have that beautiful kitchen open to the rest of the living room. And the large screened in porch downstairs was such a nice spot to drink coffee in the morning or for the kids to relax after the beach. We love Seabrook and have gone every summer for the past 8 years, your house was just perfect for my family and my parents this year. Thanks again and we will definitely be renting from you again! Have a wonderful summer~

  We had a wonderful time at Seabrook, and we were very pleased that we chose to stay in your house on Rolling Dune. The house and furnishings were beautiful; the kitchen and pantry were well-equipped; everywhere one looked it was clear that you had put great care and thought into providing for the needs and desires of your guests. We will certainly think of you first when we plan our next visit.

  We had a great vacation and enjoyed your property immensely. The location was perfect and your house is beautiful. The six teenage girls had the vacation of their lives. Thank you so much for renting your home to us. I have been talking up the virtues of Seabrook to friends for years, I now have a specific home to recommend. Thanks again for the use of your home and forgive my ignorance of not saying so sooner.

  We had a terrific time! Your house is beautiful. We rented bikes and really enjoyed the island. The kids swam in the pool daily (thank goodness it was heated), and I got a great tan. You were right about finding areas at the pool that block the wind! The amenity cards worked out fine. (I used the gym, the kids went horseback riding). We really got to relax and read books, take walks, enjoy good food, etc.. We also enjoyed Charleston, although the kids preferred to play at the island more. I would recommend your house to anyone.

  Your home here at Seabrook was absolutely beautiful and we had a wonderful time enjoying the view, the weather (70 in December!!) and the company of good friends. Thanks for opening your home to us- we hope to stay again in the future.

  We had a great time. The decor was beautiful. The kids really loved the place. The day we left they were asking about going back next summer. My brother and all his family stayed on Seascape Ct. so we were all real close together. The proximity of the boardwalk was also a big hit. Thanks for opening your door to us.

  I want to thank you for sharing your wonderful beach house with us. We loved the bright and cheery decor of the house. (As my sister-in-law asked, "How could anyone be depressed here?") And your house had everything that we could possibly need... from soap to spices to board games. Also we realized that your house is about as close to the beach as a house on Seabrook Island can be. My children could bike to the end of the boardwalk in a few minutes and their grandparents could make the walk with little effort. This was our first visit to Seabrook Island. We absolutely loved the beach! Thank you so much for helping to make our reunion and vacation so special for me and my family. All of us thoroughly enjoyed the time spent in your house and on Seabrook Island.

  My sisters and I stayed at your Seabrook home from May 12-18th and wanted to say what an amazing house you have! It was perfect, and exceeded expectations that we had. Having rented vacation houses before, yours was exceptional in that it felt like we were staying at a friends home, rather than a vacation rental! It was lovely, and thank you! i look forward to staying there again and will be in touch in the future to book time - likely next spring.

  Thank you for allowing my family to enjoy your beautiful beach house, we had a great time and your place is perfect. There was nothing that it lacked, we had the pool, ocean view, beach and deck. We played some golf and tennis and had daily Dolphin "experiences". As soon as I get the kids school schedule for next year, I am ready to book.

  We absolutely loved Seabrook! Your home was wonderful and the perfect location to the beach. We rented bicycles, rode horses and built a bonfire on the beach. It was one of the most relaxing vacations we have taken. The kids loved the island and can't wait to visit again in the summer months. Thanks again for letting us use your home and for all of the information you provided on Charleston and Seabrook!

  I just wanted to let you know how much we enjoyed staying in your beautiful home at Seabrook. We did not win much tennis, but we had a great time. The weather could not have been lovlier. Seabrook is still a beautiful island. I went to St. Christopher as a child and loved it then. Whoever developed it did a wonderful job of preserving its pristine beauty. Our team would love to go back next year, so depending on the size of our team and our elegibility, we may be back in touch with you again!

  Hello, it's Vann here. Had to tell you how wonderful everything was for us. The house is very thoughtfully arranged for guests and their children. And THANKS for the beautiful flowers! I always stop at Rosebank to get some and I didn't need to do that this time. They lasted the entire week. The 2 babies enjoyed the fruits of the toy closet and the 9 month old loved hanging out in the mirrored niche beside the fireplace. The 6 month old Buddha baby just sat around and drooled and looked adorable. Hope we can return soon again.

  Our family loved the beach house! The decorations are fun & colorful. Our 2.5 year old was delighted to find the closet with toys. We have been vacationing at Seabrook Island for the past 15 years (started on our honeymoon)! We enjoy the North Beach area and the easy access to the beach. Thank you for sharing your home!
