Isla del Sol is a quiet, immaculately maintained community of about 3000 well-planned condominium units organized in areas of all styles with walking paths, some waterfront or golf course view, amenities galore, and an ideal location easily accessible to four international airports, Busch Gardens, Museums, four beaches, including Fort De Soto, just named the #1 beach in ALL of North America, just over an hour to Orlando, less than two hours to the East Coast, all types of dining and diversions and an emphasis on security and privacy.

Of all the condominium areas, BAHIA CLUB is the most prestigious and newest. The only area with a small sandy beach, private clubhouse and workout room, pool and tanning areas, tiki hut and martini bars and an ideal place for little fishermen all in easy walking distance.

This unit faces due WEST for the ultimate sunset views of the Pass-a-Grill Pass and Gulf as well as the Don Ce Sar from the well-equipped 30 foot balcony that also includes a peak at the small beach to keep an eye on your condominium-mates.

The unit looks new because it essentially is. It has never been rented and the owners occupied it for only 11 weeks total. The furnishings are all custom and upscale, all appliances are upgraded, both baths and bedrooms are oversized (a luxurious king in the master and two twins in the guest room) and this condominium is only one of 12 on Isla that greatly exceeds 1200 square feet for a roomy airy feel. Parking places are assigned and the unit is just a few steps from the elevator and club area.

Dining space is never a problem. Room for six in the formal dining area, two at the morning bar and four in the casual breakfast area which also includes a mirror wall and huge custom cabinets. Each bedroom features a large TV and the living room has an upscale entertainment center and cushy sectional.

Another major benefit is that this condo is available on a seven night minimum basis, one of only two buildings on the island. (Remaining buildings require at least 14 but generally 30 or more day rental period.)
