This delightful, 1400 square foot condo features beautiful southwestern decor and is available to rent during ski season at the popular resort town of Vail. It is conveniently located at the first tee of Vail's 18 hole championship golf course, which is used as the Nordic Center during winter for cross country skiing and snow shoeing. This area is served by Vail's free shuttle bus.
Building amenities include a sauna, jacuzzi, ice machine, elevators, Cable TV, and a washer/dryer on every floor. Renters have the use of parking space in the underground garage.
This apartment features a modern kitchen, three large bedrooms and three full bathrooms. There are two master suites, each with a queen-size bed and one with an additional twin. The third bedroom also has a queen and a twin-size bed. A sleep sofa and wood burning fireplace are in the living room.
The kitchen offers all large appliances, a blender, toaster, disposal, electric can opener, and much, much more.
There are TVs in every room, a VCR in the living room, and blow dryers in every bathroom. Pets are NOT allowed, No Smoking.
