Oceanfront - Thirty (30) feet from the ocean - rare and unique end unit. Ceiling to floor windows across the entire front of the condominium face South at the Ocean and then wrap-around and face West toward the SUNSET and the Ocean and Coast Line under a huge Palm tree.
Re-modeled Nov. 2008. New King size mattresses, wood floors in each bedroom, new kitchen cabinets, bathroom vanity, pedestal sink. New living room furniture, new TV, new blueray.
The floors of the condominium are covered with imported one inch thick Spanish tiles except for the bedrooms which are wood. In the living room, view the ocean and sunset thru ceiling to floor windows. The walls are mirrored where there are no windows so when you stand in the middle of the living room you are surrounded by views of the Ocean. Each bedroom has a new king-size bed and a ceiling fan. The living room, dining area, and kitchen have beautiful wood ceilings and ceiling fans.

Year Purchased: 1977
We purchased the condo in 1977 and it has been enjoyed and loved by four generations.
Our 98 year old mom lights up like a teenager when we discuss the ocean and sunset views and the sound of the ocean 30 feet from the condo. The youngest member of the clan is a fourteen year old great grand daughter from the mountains of Wyoming, an avid skier who learned to surf on Kauai. The condo has truly been paradise for our very large clan, we love it.
