Ocean Front Salisbury house - 2 level House. Rent Entire House or Upper Unit or Lower Unit only. Upper Unit has wrap around deck with fantastic oceanviews, newly refurbished kitchen, gas grill, dishwasher and carpeted throughout. It is a 3 bedroom with a pullout couch, and sleeps 6 to 8. Available: June 25 - 27 and Sept (postseason rates)
Lower Unit is modern with tiled floors throughout, washer/dryer, modern kitchen & bath, outside patio with gas grill and view of marshes. This unit has 3 bedrooms with one bedroom sharing 2 bunks and sleeps 8 comfortably. Available: Aug 15 - 22; Aug 29 - Labor Day

We chose Waterfront Salisbury Beach because of the views and accessibility to the beach and water.
This location is great for families with miles of sandy beach right outside your door. Also, there are miniature golf, restaurants and ice cream stores within a few miles of the unit.
The Unique Benefits of this House
Water view from both the front and back of the unit with ocean on one side and marshes on the other. Take a trip to historic Newburyport which is only 10 miles south of Salisbury.
