Normally, I don’t invest the time and energy to give a review on a product or a service. After staying a week in this lovely home, I felt compelled to share my feelings. Over the last 10 years we have rented both houses, and condos in this area. This house and the owner exceeded all of our expectations. Renting this home from Dianne will guarantee a perfect vacation. Short but Sweet

My whole family came down and stayed in this house from 10/1-10/4. There were 11 of us, and not once did I feel that it was to small. It is beautiful, and has everything you might need on vacation. It was so very nice having our own pool. I would recommend this house. The only thing that some people in the group had issues with is that they could not adjust the thermostat lower than 76 degrees F.

We have just returned from a wonderful family holiday in your beautiful villa. Our four young granddaughters thought the pool was specially built for them and were in it early morning and late at night, even giving us their own synchronised swimming display. Our grandson (17) and other adults lazed away in it at every opportunity. It was a superb villa to return to each evening after a hot day in the parks.One of the highlights during our stay was watching an alligator watching us.(From a safe distance of course). The villa was exceptionally well appointed and we appreciated all the extra towels etc. Eating outside all the time we also appreciated the exta seating. We would all like to return sometime and the kids have vowed to start saving immediately, so as you can gather, this holiday surpassed all our expectations. Thank you so much from Jean & Ian

We appreciate that the pool area is an important feature of a holiday home so this year we gave it a make-over!All the pool furniture now has new cushions for a more comfortable and relaxing time! A private pool backing onto a lake I think is restful too!

My family and I had a fabulous time at your beautiful home. This was the first time I rented a vacation home and the process was absolutely seamless. I appreciate the prompt responses to my emails and the quick return on my deposit. We would love to rent this home in the future. Thanks, again.

What a great place you have,we all thoroughly enjoyed it and in particular the gran children who loved the pool.This being our first trip to America was magical and will not be forgotten.Your place is in an ideal location for visiting the local attractions and I would not hesitate in booking your home in the near future.It was a joy to be in wonderful surroundings.Please thank Tom for me and thank you for letting us share your beautiful home.

Super house, excellent location.

This is a lovely large house with super facilities, everything you need for a great holiday. Having three bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms made it ideal for our party. We loved the balcony off the master bedroom, a great place to sit in the sun. A particular feature of this house is the lovely private pool area. It has a generous plot and the privacy fencing ensures you are not overlooked, whilst the large lanai is great for those of us who like the shade.The heated pool meant we were able to enjoy a lovely evening swim. Cumbrian lakes is in an excellent location. All the parks and main attractions are within easy reach and there are a wide range of restaurants nearby. The local Walmart is approximately 5 minutes drive if you take the short cut down to the 192. The owner Dianne was very helpful and even called us during our stay to ensure everything was ok. We would thoroughly recommend this villa as an excellent place to stay for a holiday in Orlando and hope to stay there again ourselves soon.

Recommended for: People with disabilities, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, sightseeing.

Great house, great location

We combined work and play for 12 days and this house worked out great. I attended a conference at Disney's Coronado Springs Conference Center while my husband and daughter played every day in the parks. My colleague's used the two bedrooms downstairs, each with their own bath while we used two of the upstairs bedrooms - it was ideal for our situation. The drive to everything Disney was very easy and there was tons of shopping/restaurants/etc. very accessible outside of the parks. The house was just as it appears in the pictures - lots of room for a large group, plenty of entertainment options (tv, pool/spa, game room, internet). Dianne was super - this was a last minute addition to our plans and she helped us quickly through the details to pull it together. Thanks again - it worked out great!

Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

wonderful location

We spent the last two weeks in October 2008 in this lovely home.It was as descibed and more, a lovely family home with every conceivable extra.The large television was huge hit with my husband as was the games room. We have stayed in Orlando many times but normally rent in the Davenport area, this location was perfect, just as close to Disney and much easier for I Drive and the shopping outlets. The owner was very helpful with our initial enquiries and the booking was made easier. Thanks again Dianne for your help.
