Surrounded by the national forest of Tahoe pines and cedars in the Tahoe basin, this single-family, two-story home is located in a quiet neighborhood in Tahoe Vista, just minutes from major ski areas of NorthStar, Alpine Meadows, and Squaw Valley, short walk to North Tahoe Regional Park and only three blocks from the lake.
Built in 1990, this 3BR/2BA 1900 sq ft home sleeps 10. Upstairs has open floorplan with family and dining room centered around a welcoming fireplace and 42" Plasma TV. Spacious master has king bed and queen futon. Downstairs has a full bath and 2 bedrooms, both with queen beds. One queen pull-out on sofa in family room. South-facing deck with peaks of the lake is great for entertaining. Broadband Wireless LAN/DSL connection included with rental. Baby/Infant friendly. Sundance Spa 8-person hot tub. No Pets Please.
Summer: mountain biking, hiking, ball fields, children's park, five tennis courts, basketball, horseshoes, sand volleyball, as well as paved and off-road jogging trails.

Bob and Desiree's permanent address is in San Jose, CA and we love the outdoors. Tahoe is one of our favorite family destinations year-round to escape. We used to lease ski rentals and vacation homes since we were dating back in the mid-90's, and now we are home-owners.

Had a great time here! COMFY! My 53rd birthday was great - went to River Grill, Tahoe City. Weather was beautfiul on Labor Day. The Perfect Tahoe setting, Wednesay snow flurries at Mt. Rose. DId some geochaching - great home - We'll be back. Thanks! - The G Family.

What a wonderful visit to Tahoe! Out highlights included playing the lake at Kinds Beach and San Harbor (our favorite), rafting down the river, dinner @ Jason's and bowling at Donner. TThis is a wonderful home and worked perfectly for our families. We hope to be back soon! - E & W.

This is an amazing home in the beautiful redwoods!! BUilt a snowman in the backyard and had fun exploring this place.! It's so close to Tahoe Donnor where we went skiing and to Incline Village where we met up with friends for dinner. The layout of the house is also perfect. You have this place stocked! All the comforts of home. The hot tub was so relaxing...We will definitely want to come again. - Dan, Tricia, Taylor and Cait

Merry Christmas. Our family enjoyed a wonderful XMAS in your cozy, beautiful home. We loved sledding at N. Tahoe Regional Park, and even rented snow mobiles! SUch fun. Had a delicious XMAS eve dinner at Spindleshank's. Thanks so much for the XMAS tree. Kids loved stringing popcorn and decorating pinecones. We had a very specail holiday, and would love to return.
