Pawleys Island is a laid-back community bordered on the East by the Atlantic Ocean and on the West by the Intracoastal Waterway. With great dining, shopping, golf, beaches, and outdoor activities, it is a great destination for the beach-goer, the golfer, or anyone looking for a great get-away.
Our fully furnished, Smoke-Free Villa offers two spacious bedrooms, two baths, kitchen, living/dining room, den, and a screened porch. To ensure our guests' maximum comfort level, we are limiting occupancy of our Villa to four people. An additional sleeping accommodation may be available if needed. We are situated on the ground floor of a 4 unit building overlooking the ninth fairway at the True Blue Golf Course. Just steps away from our front door, the pool and hot tub await you.
Local beaches are nearby or head North on Route 17 and experience Huntington Beach State Park (park pass included for your use), which is about ten minutes away. An easy drive North takes you to Myrtle Beach, or head South to Historic Georgetown. Either direction you go, there are lots of things to do and see in this wonderful, friendly area.
Come experience the beautiful beaches, the awesome golf courses, and the friendly people - which is what Pawleys Island is all about!

We had a great time in Pawleys Island, in spite of the "earthquake", broken A/C, and Hurricane Irene!! We really enjoyed the sights in Charleston, and it was so nice to have a comfortable, clean place to return to relax. Thanks for the flowers and everything you do to make us feel at home. We hope we can come back again! Thanks again!

We had a wonderful, relaxing vacation and completely enjoyed our first trip to Pawleys Island. The condo was perfect for our family. We appreciate the little homey touches and how clean everything was when we arrived. Huntington Beach was great and we went there almost every day (such a great idea to include the pass with the condo). We hope to make this an annual vacation spot for our family.

We were very impressed with your condo and thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. There was nothing we needed. The flowers stayed lovely for our entire two week stay; what a nice touch. For our next trip, we hope to return to your unit as it is so light, airy & nicely decorated.

Back for another year of golf and sun. What an awesome week! The condo is perfect. After early morning golf each day and some time at Huntington Beach, we enjoy the pool and hot tub! Looking forward to returning next year.
