This top floor Condo boasts 2000 square feet of mountain ambiance and is within steps of the world-renowned Deer Valley Resort, a venue for the 2002 Winter Olympics. Located just one building away from the Snow Park Lodge in Lower Deer Valley, this unit offers the ultimate location.
With its three bedrooms (plus sleeping loft) and three and a half baths this Condo is sure to be a home away from home. Enjoy the convenience of our two oversized master bedrooms - each of them offering wood paneled ceilings, king beds, 25 inch televisions and VCR/DVD, abundant closets and private baths with his/her vanities.
Our third bedroom is a loft above the great room, which has a queen bed and a twin day bed with a trundle, a full bath, a 19 inch television with its own DVD/VCR. Adjacent to the loft bedroom is a separate laundry room with full-size Maytag washer and dryer.
As an added hideaway, follow the spiral staircase in the left master bedroom up to our cozy sleeping loft. This loft also has a queen futon bed, a large closet and its own 19 inch television with DVD player.
Gather together in our beautiful great room, with its towering wood paneled ceiling, impressive stone fireplace and floor to ceiling windows with breathtaking views of the Snow Park Lodge and the Lower Deer Valley ski runs. Also, enjoy the new 50 inch SONY LCD TV with its VCR/DVD and stereo system. Or open the doors to our expansive balcony and steamy oversized hot tub.
Adjacent to the great room are the large dining area and the fully equipped kitchen. The long kitchen counter bar provides seating for three and the expansive dining table can seat eight.
We are also pleased to offer our guests new HIGH SPEED WIRELESS INTERNET SERVICE and FREE LONG DISTANCE CALLS.
For our guests with cars, there is also heated garage parking directly under the building. And storage options for ski gear are plentiful. First, just as you get off the elevator to our floor there is an individual ski locker provided for our guests.
If you are planning to ski Deer Valley exclusively, however, you might want to store your gear in our PRIVATE SKI LOCKER AT SNOW PARK LODGE. For additional skis, guests can simply leave them at the end of the day with the complimentary ski concierge at Snow Park (for a small fee you can even have them overnight waxed).

From the ski valets that await you to unload your equipment to the complimentary overnight ski concierge, everything is tailored to meet your needs. After you have stored your equipment - our Condo is just a leisurely walk away or ,if you prefer, you can ride the Deer Valley parking lot shuttle to the front of the building.
This location has the best of everything. Not only is it adjacent to Deer Valley Resort, but it is also within minutes of Park City Mountain Resort and The Canyons Resort. Other major ski areas (Alta, Snowbird, Brighton, Solitude and Sundance are also only 25 to 40 minutes away, as are Salt Lake City and the airport.
For your dining and shopping pleasure we are within one mile of the vast array of restaurants and shops of Park City’s Main Street District. World class restaurants, art galleries and boutiques abound in this cosmopolitan little mining town. To get to Park City, you can make the easy drive by car or you can take the complimentary Park City shuttle bus which has stops at Snow Park Lodge and just south of our Condo. The shuttle runs throughout the day and until midnight each night.
