This is truly a wonderful home. It is clean and well maintained. We spent a month during January and February and thoroughly enjoyed it. The lanai and pool were probably the biggest attraction. Our dog really enjoyed it. We had a little problem with the pool but the owners had given us the name and phone number of someone to contact in case of a problem and she came over and rectified it the same day. There is lots to do in the Fort Myers/Cape Coral area and plenty of great restaurants. There are lots of water toys, games, etc. to occupy everyone, young and old alike. If you rent this during cold weather I suggest you bring your own blanket if you're going to sleep in the king bed.The only king blanket available is extremely heavy and we ended up having to go out and buy a medium weight blanket for it. This home is all on one floor, great for older folks, pets, kids, etc. The only disappointment was the cost of boat rentals in the area. We ended up deciding not to invest in that. The description and photos of the property are very accurate. We loved the place. Go ahead and rent and enjoy it. You won't be disappointed.

We rented this house for two weeks and I would say that it was the best family time we have had in a long time. We extended our stay for a few more days and we did not want to leave.... We picked Cape Coral for its beautiful beaches and all activities you can enjoy around the area. The home is beautiful, very clean, well maintained and every single detail has been planned to make us have a relaxing time. You don't need to bring anything, except food and your best energies. We enjoyed swimming at the pool and fishing at the dock. One morning while watching the sunrise, a dolphin jumped just in front of us. Amazing! Where else you can enjoy water activities, outdoors and, nice living with your family? There are board games for all ages so there was always something new to do each day or night. One word says it all: PERFECT! Thanks for sharing your home!

Words can't describe what an incredible time we had in your beautiful home. It was decorated to perfection, was immaculately clean, and was stocked with everything you need to make the stay enjoyable. The beds and couches were so comfortable and we loved the open floor plan of the house. Thank you for providing all the extras (beach chairs, bikes, fishing poles, beach towels, etc) to make you feel like you are truly at home. Our week in Cape Coral was amazing and we can't wait to return!

Just as the pictures, very nice, pool was perfect and so big, swam in every day, even first thing in morning and in the evening still warm. The setting is perfect, husband and daughter enjoyed the fishing while i relaxed and watched the boats go by. Will reccommend. Thanks for sharing with us.

This is truly a perfect rental--The description, facts and photos of the property are accurate and well presented. The rental process was simple and owners pleasant to work with. This is truly a beautiful home, very clean, spacious, organized, comfortable and relaxing. You feel at home there. Everything you need is there from kitchen ware to beach towels! We really enjoyed the large, heated pool, including the floating lounge chair. Located in a nice, quite residential area on canal, close to many restaurants. Bowman beach on Sannibal Island is just a short drive and great place for shelling and walking the beach. There are even notebooks full of area information. We have family nearby and visit almost every year and wish we found this home years ago. Internet service was great. Layout great for a family with children or several couples. We highly recommend this property and would go again. Thanks to the owners for sharing this home!

Our six weeks went by so quickly. The weather could have been better but we found lots of great things to do and fun places to eat! We even got to use the pool whenever the temperature and winds would allow. Still beats shoveling snow. The house was a very comfortable place to vacation. We soon felt at home, and the bikes were a real treat. We were lucky enough to spot a manatee in the canal in front of your dock. Thanks again for sharing your home. Larry and Irene (Michigan)

This house is the best house to stay in! It's so comfortablem and the pool is great! I will definetley come back here for each stay! The canal is beautiful and is so much fun to fish in. the bedrooms are very nice to sleep in and I love to see the owls everywhere. It's just overall wonderful! I recommend this house to everyone!

I just wanted to send you a quick note to say how MUCH my family and I enjoyed our stay at your wonderful home in Cape Coral. I say "home" rather than "house" because that's truly what it is. From the open layout to the wonderful pool and surrounding patio area, every detail was both spectacular and well-outfitted. Every time we needed something, we came to realize whatever-it-was would be found in this amazing home; just open another of the millions of cupboards and there it would be. We arrived from Michigan, RI, and the Washington, DC area to spend time together; your home gave us multiple places to gather, each more wonderful than the last. Thank you so much! A beautiful home away from home. Spacious 4 bedroom and accomodating for 8 people. Hame has all the amenities required, including beach towels, coolers, beach chairs and toys. Great video and game library with game console. Huge master bedroom and spacious guest rooms. The outdoor poolside bathroom and shower are very usefull. Very accomodating homeowner responding to all questions and requests. This home was the envy of our friends who travelled with us. Thank You Cindy and Larry.

House is beautiful. Luxurious and easy to live in. Owners are amazing and prompt with replies. Very reputable place to rent. Close to everything you need. Minutes to all you could want to do in the Cape Coral, Ft. Meyers area. Easy access to main roads. Quiet neighborhood. Great looking house with a no fuss atmosphere. Everything you could need for every day living is provided so all the "little" things that you usually need to bring are all in the house or easy to buy at nearby superstores without the premium pricing like most vacation spots. It's like staying with family and not needing to bring anything except clothes and toothbrushes. The pictures they provide pale in comparison to the actual house. Though the house looks professionally decorated it's perfect for kids. I would love to hire their interior designer lol :) because I'd love my house to look this beautiful without the clutter and mess I seem to have in mine :)! We have 4 under 5 and there is nothing they can break or get into to ruin. (and my kids are very active) The pool is the perfect depth for 3+, the beds are ultra comfortable ( i could sleep in the twin beds as easily as the king), the bathrooms are phenomenal and there is an outside full bathroom perfect for coming home from the beach, a boat ride or even just getting out of the pool. Even if it rains you can swim or sit outside. A family of 6 can easily eat here too. We ate in the EIK, but the dining room can seat 6-8 easily. We are here for my sister in laws wedding and have had 5 additional people here to see the kids every 3 hours and it's not even like we've had anyone here because the living room seats 7 big adults with 4 children running around VERY comfortably. Perfect entertaining house. Bottom line......I could buy this house and live here in extreme comfort with my 4 children very easily. After being here already I would easily pay the Christmas rate to visit my in laws in the winter. It's surprisingly low considering all that you get.

This was a great house to spend a week in! It is a beautifully-appointed home with all the amenities for a traveling family -- pool, beach towels, toys, video/dvd library, games, and more. We enjoyed excursions to Ft Myers Beach, Sanibel, and Sunsplash Water Park, but we liked the pool the best.

Thank you for letting us share your home. We had a great time the 2 weeks. A must for all visitors is Sanibel + Captiva Islands to watch a sunset or hire waverunners absolutely stunning. Your Cape Coral Home was absolutely fabulous ! ! ! ! ! It actually was the best part of our vacation, truly. Our family had a wonderful time, and loved your home, neighborhood, and surroundings. The grandsons said the best part of their whole vacation (this includes Busch Gardens and deep sea fishing) was "the Cape Coral Home". I do wonder how you can rent it to strangers - I said to John that I don't know if I could! I'm pretty much a clean/neat freak, (OK, a bit compulsive about my house) and would want to be sure all the renters were also ! Anyway, thanks so much for renting to us. Not sure of future plans, but if we come to your area we surely will want your home again.
