COZY FOR TWO is the perfect name for this adorable carriage house that is ideal for a couple's quick getaway. Private entrance - completely separate from main house and sitting on a corner lot - this cozy carriage house is a private little retreat for two.

One step inside and you will be delighted with the beautiful decor, fully-equipped upscale kitchen with granite countertops; separate private bedroom containing pillow-top king-size bed with upscale bedding, two HDTVs using Directv HD satellite receivers that includes our subscription to the "2011 NFL Sunday Ticket ", a beautiful dark wood high dresser; and, full adjoining bathroom with bathtub/shower. There are two decks. A private, covered balcony is off the living area with rocking chairs and a bistro table and chairs. Another slate covered patio with table & chairs, wrought iron bench, and gas barbeque is at the private carraige house entrance. A washer/dryer for your personal use is located off a protected area under your slate deck. You can also use this area to store your bicycles under cover if you prefer to bring your own.

Enjoy a short walk to our magnificent, 12,000-square-foot, community pool or follow the palm tree-lined sidewalk to our private beach access. Free golfcart tram door-to-door service to the pool or the white, sandy beach is provide by our community from mid-March through mid-October. A long gravel-covered walking/jogging trail completely surrounds our community.

Two cruiser bicycles are provided free for the enjoyment of our guests. Bicycling enthusiasts can ride around within the picturesque local communities or alongside South Walton's most scenic roadway, County Highway 30-A, on 17 miles of wide, off-road pathways that wind alongside lakes, state park woodlands and beach areas. You can rent beach chairs and umbrella from a vendor on our private beach or simply bring along the two beach chairs, umbrella, and beach towels we provide free in the carraige house.

Seacrest Beach North is located directly between the exclusive communities of Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach on designated scenic Walton County Road 30A. Many restaurants, Coffee Bars, Wine Bars, Snack Shops and shopping are within easy walking distance. Friday night wine-tasting is frequently offered at multiple establishments closeby.

Since we directly manage this property ourselves, we are able to offer it at highly competitive and attractive rates. If you stay four nights or more, there are no cleaning fees; and, if you stay for the week, the seventh night is free. Our refundable security deposit requirement is only $50. To allow sufficient time for a thorough cleaning and preparation for our next guests, arrival check-in time is after 3pm with check-out by 10am on the day of departure.

We have received many highly favorable reviews from our guests and have never had a disappointed renter. 5% discount on rental fee for returning guests and active duty military

CANCELLATION POLICY - (Within 48 hours of making a reservation, you may cancel or make changes to your reservation without penalty). If you cancel outside of thirty days of your scheduled arrival at "Cozy for Two", we will retain 10% of the total rental fees (excluding taxes) and refund the remainder. If you cancel within 30 days of your scheduled arrival date, you may apply the full amount already paid towards any other available dates within one year of your originally scheduled arrival. Weather Exception: If a named tropical system is predicted by the National Hurricane Center to impact the Florida Panhandle within 50 miles of Seacrest Beach during the dates of your stay, you may cancel without any penalty. If you are already at "Cozy for Two" and a mandatory evacuation order is issued by the National Weather Service, the unused portion of your stay will be fully refunded (no refund for voluntary evacuations).

  • Nearby neighboring communities within easy walking distance have free weekly movies and concerts during the summer and holidays that you are welcome to attend. Hiking is popular (extensive walking/jogging trails on-site, and there are multiple state parks within a few miles in every direction). There is a great nature walk in Alys Beach that is open to the public. One of our favorite activities is fishing from our beach just before sunset - we catch redfish, pompano, ladyfish, whiting, bluefish, flounder, and a few other species.
