Enjoy the 1,100 feet of private, powder-white sandy beach with crystal-clear, emerald waters. Our condo is newly furnished with a king-size bed in the master bedroom, queen and twin beds in the guest room. We are located on the canal which offers a beautiful view of boats and evening sunsets from the rear balcony. Enjoy a three-minute walk to the beach, or you can drive within feet of the surf and sand, which offers a beach side grill and pavilion.
Sandpiper Cove Resort consists of 43 beautifully landscaped acres in the heart of Destin, which includes a free, nine-hole, par three golf course, boat launching ramp and docking for boats and jet-skis, five pools, three hot tubes, six tennis courts, and also features the famous Louisiana Lagniappe, a four-star restaurant. Amenities also include a complete kitchen, washer/dryer and linens, and a gas grill on the balcony. Sandpiper Cove is a gated community and is located near many excellent restaurants, shopping malls, water and amusement parks, and the Destin Harbor which offers pontoon boat and jet-ski rentals, dolphin and sunset cruises, deep-sea fishing trips, scuba and snorkeling trips, as well as many other family activities.

We enjoy Sandpiper Cove and the beautiful Gulf year round. We have a boat and two small Jack Russell dogs and we all call Sandpiiper Cove our favorite place to go. We have added a new flat screen TV, new washer and dryer and a gas grill for the deck. While sitting on the deck you can watch the boats come in and out and see the sunset.

We found a break in our kids busy summer schedule and decided last minute to go to Destin for a week. The problem was finding an available condo with a boat slip. My wife found vrbo, which I was familiar with but never used. After searching the site, we found that John's condo had one open Summer week remaining and that was the one week we needed. Within minutes we had contacted him, confirmed the condo, and completed the transaction. We arrived at his place and found everything exactly as described. The condo is directly on a canal that connects to the Harbor. I loved the boat being on the canal because their are no waves or wakes, so "dock rash" was not an issue. My son and I played the on-site 9-hole par-3 golf course (no cost), we ate on-site at Louisiana Lagniappe (one of the better restaurants in Destin), and the girls enjoyed the beach and snack bar cabana which is just across Gulf Shore Dr. A big thank you to John for the incredible communication! The service was much better than I get from the traditional condos and leasing agents I normally deal with. We had a perfect experience and I will definitely be back!

Everything we were told about this place was true. The unit was nice and clean with a great view of the canal. It was about a 3 minute walk to the beach which was not crowded. It was located near shopping. AND the photos were accurate! We will definitely be back and recommend to anyone that is looking for a place in Destin.

My husband, another couple, and I all traveled to Destin for a half week holiday for the first time. It was absolutely amazing!! We all had a fantastic time and really enjoyed your condo. It was clean and stocked with dishes and towels and all we may need. We thought it was just perfect. To the owner: Thanks so much for everything! By the way, the bed had the most amazing mattress pad and pillows and was the best sleep we've ever had! We need that for home!! Thank you again and if we can come back to Destin we'll look you up for our next trip!!

I have stayed in this condo and had a wonderful experience. The place was clean and very accessible, with the beaches being clean and quiet. I would recommend this to everyone! John, the owner is a great guy to deal with.

My son and I rented this property July 3rd 2010 through July10th 2010. We were very pleased with the accomodations. The property was very nicely furnished. We spent most of our time on the beach with no signs of oil during our entire trip. We played some golf on the par 3 couse. In the evenings we sat on the balcany overlooking the canal and watched the ducks and other wildlife. The property was clean and well maintained. The on site staff were very friendly and helpful when needed. The owners were very quick to respond to any questions we had concerning our trip. I would recommend this owners property to anyone wanting the comforts of home while on vacation. We had a great time and will be back.

My condo has a great view from the deck of the canal and beautiful sunsets in the evening. The unit comes with a gas grill on the deck, new flat screen tv, stack washer and dryer, and has new carpet and tile and is furnished very nicely and a 3 minute walk over to the gulf or you can drive. Sandpiper Cove also has 5 pools, a free nine hole par 3 golf course, a marina, one of the best restaurants in Destin, 6 tennis courts and 1,100 feet of private beach.
