Fabulous oceanview canal home located across the street from the best ocean access point on the island. Recently remodeled with updated kitchen, new appliances, new bathrooms and new flooring. Come see the ocean from the front yard and breathtaking sunsets in the backyard overlooking the canal.

Fripp Island is a 3,000 acre, gated island which is known nationwide for its scenic beauty, world class golf and 3 1/2 miles of uncrowded beaches. Most residents put their car keys away, as the preferred form of transportation is a golf cart. A golf cart is provided free with your weekly rental.

The island has two designer golf courses, Ocean Creek which was designed by Davis Love III and Ocean Point, designed by George W. Cobb. The scenic Ocean Point golf course has breathtaking views - with holes laid out along the Ocean and Inlet. Ocean Creek Golf Course was rated 4.5 out of 5 by Golf Magazine. Golf instruction is available for both adults and kids ages 4 and up.

Accommodations: The Master bedroom has a king size bed with sitting room and adjoining bathroom. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed and built-in desk area with access to a phone line to check email. The third bedroom has 2 full sized beds and the fourth bedroom has 2 twin sized beds. In addition, there is a sleeper sofa should you need more space. There is also a room downstairs with two twin beds with a window A/C unit. This room is not directly accessible to the house - you must go outside to get there. The house is perfect for two families!

An outside shower makes is convenient to rinse off after returning from the beach. A large garage allows covered parking during your stay. Additionally, our driveway provides plenty of parking to accommodate a boat, larger groups or guests during your stay.

Amenity cards are available for any persons over 12 years of age at a cost of $50 each from Memorial Day through Labor Day, and $35/week at all other times. These cards allow guests access to all island pools, golf courses, tennis and restaurants. We need to know at the time of booking the number of amenity cards you will need.
