This newly redecorated 1,090 sq. Ft. home is located just a 2 minute walk from the Sunriver Mall. You will enjoy many restaurants and shopping at the Sunriver Village Mall. The Sunriver Lodge area with South pool, tennis courts and other amenities is a short bike ride away. This home has a nice large deck area with private hot tub in a wooded setting.
This home is a Tumalo style with open living, dining, and kitchen area. There is a TV with DVD and VCR, and stereo with CD player. A large gas fireplace and large skylight accents the living room. A queen hide-a-bed is located in the living area.
Bedrooms & Baths: The master bedroom has a king bed and private bath. The second bedroom provides a queen bed and set of bunks with bath nearby. Both bedrooms have TVs/VCRs/DVD.
Deck & Hot Tub: Through the sliding glass door off the dining area is an enlarged deck with patio furnishings, hot tub and gas barbecue surrounded by open forest.
Parking & Bikes: The home includes a double garage for parking out of the weather with additional parking on the paved drive. Four adult cruiser bikes are provided for guests.
Sunriver Resort: Sunriver is located on the east slopes of the Cascade Mountains in the heart of central Oregon's recreational paradise. This popular world-class resort has extensive bike paths, three 18-hole golf courses, tennis courts, swimming pools, parks, and shopping center with a variety of restaurants. Mt Bachelor ski area is just 20 minutes away along with the Cascade Lakes recreational area and nearby High Desert Museum.
Pets Allowed 15 per night. No Smoking.

We had a great time this long weekend. It is never easy cooking someplace else-especially thanksgiving dinner! But your kitchen was well stocked and easy to use. We diefinitely will look for your rentals agian. Thanks Amy& Patrick ps forgot to mention.........we loved the decor & the place was so much cleaner than the place we had rented last year (through another company)

9/27 - 10/01 Our first trip with our dogs. We enjoyed our long walks, watching the squirrels and curling up by the fire. The weather was chilly and one day of rain so we enjoyed the hot tub. Thanks for opening your home to our pets.
