This vacation rental features a screened lanai including outside bar with gas grill and large TV, great for relaxing and enjoying the sunshine.
The jacuzzi and pool is electric or solar heated, just waiting for you to use. Sliding doors open from the Master Bedroom, Great Room, and Kitchen to the lanai. Pets are allowed, No Smoking, only outdoors. Master Bedroom has King size bed, 2nd has queen size, and the third has 2 twin beds.
Vaulted ceilings add to the spacious feel of this quality Bella built home. Unwind in the over-sized Jacuzzi tub in the Master Bath and enjoy the screened in, lighted, private atrium. Sooo relaxing! This wonderful, quiet, dead-end, corner lot is very private.
We have added free phone service for our renters for all of the USA and Canada, UK, Italy, France, Spain, Ireland. Also we now have high speed internet and wireless capability. There are 2 Cat-5 lines you can plug directly into or access the wireless system if your computer is capable.
