FIVE STAR, NUMBER ONE RATED, STERLING SHORES RESORT in the HEART OF DESTIN and close to EVERYTHING! Family friendly, this is a wonderful location for your vacation. This lovely "Platinum" rated 2200 square foot THREE-bedroom, THREE bath, END UNIT condominium is located on the sixth floor.
The condominium is exquisitely decorated and features fantastic views of the beach and the Gulf of Mexico from its oversized wrap-around balcony off the main living room and Master suite. The second master suite features its own balcony with more views of the Gulf. Step out onto the balcony from your master bedroom suite to watch the sunrise over the Gulf. A king-size bed in the master and two twin beds in the third bedroom along with a sleeper sofa in the main area compliment this property. Each bedroom has a separate bathroom and shower with the master and second master including jacuzzi tubs and separate showers.
Other resort amenities include large lagoon style pool. Second oasis pool on the beach with bathrooms and snack bar. Additionally there is a 42 seat surround sound movie theater on the second floor. Gated entrance and 24 hour security. Walk to Grazie's italian restaurant or the Back Porch for seafood.
A fully furnished kitchen with range/oven, microwave, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, disposal, and all the usual appliances accent the unit. The laundry room is immediately off the kitchen. This unit is located on the end offing unit privacy, two separate entrances and the views fantastic!
Two private pools, one uniquely situated on the beach, are available on property. An exercise room and cinema are among the many other amenities. For a snack or frozen drink by the pool, try the Grill located at the beach, side pool. The property offers private, gated, parking facilities.
There is fine dining and casual restaurants and lounges with indoor and outdoor seating available, literally across the parking lot. Amusements parks, go carts, shopping, restaurants, and Henderson State Park are within easy 200 to 600 yard walk from the property. There are regular activities for all ages on property as well as outstanding golf located immediately near by to include Kelly Plantation, Emerald Bay, and Regatta Bay Country Club, to name just a few.

A Very Happy Thanksgiving Holiday!

My family (3 adults/3 teenagers) just returned from an enjoyable and very relaxing Thanksgiving holiday. Everything about this property far exceeded our expectations in luxury and comfort. It is beautifully decorated and spacious, well maintained and immaculately clean. The kitchen is equipped for cooking large “holiday size” meals right down to the tiniest detail! The deck is enormous and the view breathtaking. The grounds are lush and green and it’s only a short walk to the white sands and crystal clear waters of the Gulf. As if that’s not enough, right across the street is the Back Porch restaurant where the atmosphere and food is top notch! We also enjoyed seeing the Harbor Village and surrounding area all decked out in Christmas lights. Definitely a great start to our 2011 holiday season. I highly recommend this property! The owner is a lovely lady who is easy to work with and very accommodating. She checked on us twice during the week. How thoughtful! I will definitely contact Mrs. Nemetz first whenever I decide to visit Destin again!

This is our 7th year coming to Destin and our 3rd year in a row staying in this Condo Unit. It by far surpasses our expectations with it's breathtaking views and its large living space. The unit has over 2000 square feet which allows for more than enough space for multiple families without feeling cramped! It is so well equipped that all we need to bring is our suitcases :-) We enjoy using the large balcony for our mealtime gatherings and just to sit and gaze at the ocean. We absolutely love the lagoon pool and all the eateries and attractions that are within walking distance! Thanks Fiona and Bill for yet another Fabulous Memorable vacation for our family!

Wow -- Went for a second go around this year and just as we remembered. Wonderful update to the now " heated " lagoon pool, making this perfect for families year round. The owners are incredible to work with, courteous, and always accomodating, and responsive. The unit itself is huge, we had 3 adults and 5 kids under 12 there this year and plenty of privacy. Some nice updates to kitchen. The views, location, floor to ceiling windows, end unit privacy, make this unit a can't miss for any large beachgoing family, who likes a more quiet spring break scene. You really could not ask for much more. Thanks to the Nemetz and the Schultz from last year for helping us find this gem..... We will be returning!

This was our second year in this particular condo and it was super. The location is great and the beach was clean and very usable. The owners of this unit are friendly and great to work with. This is a condo that your entire family will enjoy. Great beach access, perfect pools, central location to outlets, Destin Commons, Haborwalk, and great places to eat. The condo is huge, well-maintained, clean, and very modern.

Perfect location, beautiful condo! We absolutely loved this "home away from home" -- the floor to ceiling windows (east facing - ocean view!) were spectacular and the super soft carpet and comfortable furnishings made us feel right at home. The condo is extremely spacious (4 adults, 4 children on our visit) - very private rooms. The beautifully landscaped grounds and pools are absolutely breathtaking and the staff was very helpful. The condo's location in Destin is awesome! (close to shopping, grocery and our favorite beach front restaurant!). The owners are extremely thoughtful and helpful - even calling to check on us upon arrival! We will definitely return next year!! Can't find a more luxurious condo for the price!!! You won't be disappointed!!!!

Just returned from a fall break vacation and this condo is great. The owners were super to work with and everything was just as they described it to be. Location is nice, pool is awesome, beach access was good as well. Located within walking distance to at least 5 great spots to eat. Condo has everything you need to enjoy a stay at the beach. Try this one, you will love it!!!!!! We sure did!!!!!

Beautiful decorated large condo and the owner make you feel like family. We have rented this same condofor 4 years and would not stay elsewhere. Everything that you need is within walking distance, no need to fight traffic. AWESOME Price for the size condo.
