Our home at 15 Seagull Trail is perfect for couples or families who want to enjoy a relaxing seaside vacation. The ample deck with two screened porch areas has eight rockers, benches, and picnic table. It is the perfect outdoor gathering place to view the beautiful sunsets over the water, the dolphins and seabirds, and the large ships going into the Cape Fear River.
There are two queen beds and two sets of twins. The two bedrooms with the twin beds have their own TV/DVD/VCRs. Each equal-sized bedroom has its own full bath and water views. The loft has a 360 degree view and a futon. Our timber-frame home even has vaulted timbers overhead in the bathrooms. The kitchen is very well equipped. There is an underhouse shower, and a garage with 8 bicycles, beach chairs, charcoal grill and a 4-passenger and a 6-passenger golf cart.
